Dog friendly with EV charging.

Staff was always very friendly. Special shout out to the valet on duty - wish I had gotten his name. Best - very dog friendly at one of the lower fees along the whole boardwalk and EV charging.

Wonderful hotel, our family with 3 teen/adult children loved the grown up bunk beds, the slide into the lobby, faux drinks from the bar and hanging out in the various relaxed seating areas. There's a diner on site and the beach is steps away. The pool looked wonderful and beautifully lit, (but is in the sight of every hotel room in case you are shy). Lots of wonderful dogs too! Hip music in the lobby but not too loud. We worried it would be too um, "liberal" for us but our hillbilly conservative family felt at home in this friendly hotel. The bunk bed room seemed small but was a great use of space. Each person had a huge bunk to relax on, but no sitting area which was fine for us. The spacious and beautiful sitting and entertainment areas in the lobby were great for that. Typical oceanfront private balcony with a nice view of the beach. Not a lot of storage space in the room except a few drawers under the bunks. Tiny fridge. No blackout curtains but the light from the boardwalk wasn't terrible. Nowhere to eat if you prefer meals in your room. The bathroom was interesting, beautiful glass door shower but a frosted glass sliding door into the bathroom that was a little off putting for some family members. You could keep the light off for more privacy.

The concept of a hotel where you're trying to get folks to come out of their rooms is cute but not really practical. Most people are wanting to rest and get away from it all. They probably have excursions and family outings planned. They may be working and want to have a microwave in the room. So, I wasn't crazy about not having a microwave or fridge in my room. I was also not happy with my room location. It was not "oceanfront " at all but had a parking lot and a couple of roads as my view. It also had a small body of water that I could see. Needless to say, I didn't get any rest because lots of people use the roads to ride very loud motorcycles, trucks, etc. If I had known that, I would never have booked there. Lastly, the carpeting in the hallway on my floor was disgracefully dirty. It smelled awful. I almost turned around to go to another hotel. I was disappointed with all of the dogs everywhere and didn't feel comfortable laying on the bed. I did enjoy the bar/games area and was able to have a little fun there. Overall, cute concept hotel, but not for most people, in my opinion.

Everything was perfect everything was clean but i did see 1 roach an i was shocked other than that oh and the parking situation sucks valet or overnight parking available only its $11 a day for valet ... $23 for 8hrs and $33 for 24hrs in the other parking lot

Didn’t realize this is apparently well known as a young person’s venue :). Nonetheless, it grew on me, mainly due to my ocean-front, boardwalk-front room. Very close to the pier, everything in walking distance, several close- by bike rentals, nice on-site small breakfast & lunch diner. Didn’t seem to be daily room service, & twice I had to find a staff member to get another roll of TP. Room needs more than just the one trashcan that was in the bathroom. Awkward that the sink is OUTSIDE the bathroom. Staff was nice, although a couple times I did get conflicting info. Nice enough place, pet-friendly, can bring your own bike/scooter, and there actually WERE a FEW older couples! :). Oh, & Car area for check- in too small & awkward :)

First they canceled our room to a smaller room without accommodation because of an leak issue, then the room they gave us was full of bugs everywhere so we had to move rooms and then that room had the sink disconnected from the wall and the toilet would barely flush. We’ve stayed here before and it was awesome. Such a shame to see how much they’ve declined in a short amount of time. Hopefully they bounce back but won’t be staying there anymore

The stay overall was great, but this wasn’t an ideal fit for my family. I’m sure others would enjoy the experience, but as a new mom I need the general conveniences that come with most 4-Star or better hotels. Think room service, concierge, room turn-down, crib/pack-n-play, etc. In all fairness, I’m sure we aren’t their target audience! This would be a fun place for a bachelor/bachelorette party, spring breakers, and crowds like that. For what it was worth, everyone was cool, the views were beautiful, and the drinks were excellent!
