Ritz-Carlton does it right - this is a beautiful hotel!! The staff is courteous, and attends to every detail of your stay. The beach and pool are beautiful with a great menu. Plenty of activities. There were many choices for dining and I found the food very tasty. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Best resort ever.

Exceptional buffet with vast amount of choice on offer. On demand freshly squeezed juice. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean. One thing to note about the room was that we found it smell a bit damped. Would be better if they had a scented dehumidifier to make the room smell nicer. I would have no problem booking this hotel again.

Staying at this property was an incredible experience all around - the food and drink options were plentiful and did not have a bad experience in any of the on-site restaurants. The hospitality at this resort was unmatched as the staff made us feel right at home! I would highly recommend this resort and will likely be visiting again next time the wife and I are in Nusa Dua!

It was fantastic. The Jr. suite was spacious and beautiful. They celebrated our birthdays the entire time we were there. The staff was warm, welcoming and always available. Gorgeous beach area with a restaurant, pools, etc. The breakfast was amazing. Loved every minute of being there.
