Though the room was standard, the smell was uncomfortable. It smelled like a combination of urine and smoke. Even after keeping the balcony door opened to invite fresh air, to leave and re-enter the room was an a reintroduction to the weird smell. I sprayed air freshener constantly. It needed a deep deep clean with high quality sanitizer and deodorizer. On the other hand, I absolutely LOVED the airport transportation. It wasn’t the traditional shuttle, it was a free Lyft ride.

I had an great experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because they don't have free parking. The location was convenient and quiet when windows were closed, making it easy to explore the area while still having a peaceful place to unwind. Overall, this hotel met my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and value.
