This home was located in a beautiful gated community. The home was well cared for and super spacious. It was seven of us and we each had our own private bedroom. * This was with my Brother and his Wife sharing the master bedroom. We wish that we had more time tojust relax and enjoy the home.

The house was very nice. We were given the wrong lock code to get in but that was fixed within minutes after arriving. It was well stocked and clean. The only thing that was wrong was the pool table. It had a tear in the flannel that would disrupt a game and the pool cues did not have tips so it wasn’t useable. That was the only thing wrong. The resort was very nice and the people were great. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great place for family vacation!

We enjoyed two weeks at this property with our family of six adults and two little ones! The manager was very responsive. Starter supplies for kitchen & bathrooms were appreciated! Lots of bathroom towels & pool towels. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, bowls, cookware, etc. Pool & spa were great, Enjoyed the resort pool, and the food was great too! Would stay again!

Loved the space of the house, was super great for a large group! The house was nice, and the pool area was beautiful. However, I was never asked if we would like to pay an additional fee to have the pool and hot tub heated (I would’ve gladly paid the fee). When I learned about this option after we checked in, I was told we’re would be charged an additional fee to have someone come out to turn it on since we had already checked in. So 1 fee for the heat and 1 fee for coming out after check in. I said yes, I’m still interested and never heard anything back. So the beautiful pool area was unusable for us as the water was too cold. If you’re planning on cooking in the kitchen, know that only one drive burner works and kitchen accessories are limited. There were some knives available, but none sharp enough to cut through an onion.

House is great but the property management company was frustrating. They are quick to respond via email or text but slow and not understanding of complaints. Paid for the pool to be heated after arriving, the pool increased by six degrees in five days. According to them the heater is working and they do not guarantee a certain degree of water, 81 to 87 in five days but state that you are paying for the heater to be ran on a timer and not to a guaranteed temperature. Refund for the extra cost of 196 to heat the pool was declined. The main TV in the main living room was pixelating. The only tv in the house not working. After two days they came out to state the problem was with the cable company and that they couldn’t do anything to fix it. That’s understandable but they only refunded 14 a day for the two days it took them to come evaluate but not the two remaining days of the stay even though spectrum never came out.
