Won’t return

Check in process was a joke. Giant line. No info at check in about what’s included etc. steakhouse service and food were horrible. Overcrowded pools and jacuzzis. Everything closed early which makes no sense we’re people are on a vacation at a resort on the weekend. Much better places to go.

The property was amazing, Some of my family stayed on Disney grounds and when they came to visit they was shocked at how better Westgate was than Disney All Star, After this visit we will be all coming back at Christmas and staying at Westgate. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is that the internet should be included other than that every day was AWESOME

We stayed here because our normal spot was taken. A goo place for families with children. The pools were over packed and people were rude. We were upgraded to a one bedroom the location was not great but acceptable. The place was acceptable but not great. It was a dated unit that it looks like no one uses. I just did not like the feel of the place. Not friendly.

Misleading picture

The picture shows different property and actually I got studio. The description of property explains it as studio with Kitchen. But I got only Microwave, mini refrigerator and mini sink. This kitchen does not have dishwasher and stove stop. It was misleading. Washer/dryer is shared for two units and it outside. I don't recommend this for family.

Description doesn’t match what you get

It was a good news, bad news story. Good news: great location for Disney, very nice property, clean, comfortable beds, would be great if listed accurately as a really nice hotel room vice inaccurately listed as a full condo with balcony, jacuzzi and dining area-had none of that! Bad news: as mentioned, description was inaccurate/untruthful and while Jake was quick to respond before check-in, he did not respond to me once I brought up the discrepancy. The condo had one keyed main entry way where the laundry (dryer didn’t work -Jake did not respond) is located, then splits into 1 large condo unit (“A”) where I suspect the jacuzzi, balcony and dining can be found, but SURPRISE! there was a family (very loud until midnight) staying there. Paper thin walls. And we were in (“B”) which was a glorified hotel room - 2 queen beds, bathroom w/shower only and kitchenette with tiny microwave and dorm refrigerator and sink. If it had been advertised as such, we could have made choices before travel. Also sharing a unit with another (loud) family was disconcerting. I urge you to ask questions before booking! And don’t expect any dialogue with Jake once you raise a concern even in a professional and low-conflict way.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Resort. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, the scenery as a whole is beautiful, my room was nice and the view absolutely breathtaking. Definitely will be back to visit again !!
