Attached spa is not a hot tub (no jets; same temp as pool)

Pool heat max temp: up to 90°F, depending on weather

Heating system does not operate when temps drop below 50°F

No refunds if desired temperature is not reached due to cold weather

🍔 Grill Policy

Some homes may show a gas grill in photos. Please note:

If used, guests must clean the grill and replenish propane

$50 charge applies if grills are left unclean

If the grill is locked, it is not for guest use

Propane exchange tanks are available at many local stores

A rental grill can be arranged upon request
