The pool/lanai/spa is south-facing and if the sun is shining (which it does almost every day in Florida) the pool area remains sun-soaked all day. The pool has a child safety fence and is fully screened.

The house is fully equipped with all that is needed for easy living. The Kitchen having stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker. All bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house is looked after by a reputable management company. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

All of the bedrooms have a TV, The great room also has books and board games for your use.

Orange Tree is close (20 Minutes) from Disney World, with Universal Studios, SeaWorld and many large shops close at hand. Wal-Mart for all your needs is just three miles. There are many restaurants and golf courses close at hand and a local Harley Davidson hire shop. Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral on the east coast are about an hour away whilst Clearwater Bay, Tampa and St Petersburg are one and a half hours on the west coast.

Wonderful house, pool, and hot tub

The house was amazing for our reunion with a group of women friends. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The house was clean, beds comfortable, and linens and towels provided. The host was responsive to our questions. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It has a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very pretty house

This home has 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Plenty of space for our family. Well decorated. Kitchen was very well stocked. A crock pot would be a nice addition. Plent of dishes, pots and pans, serving bowls, etc. Bathrooms could use more towels, as we were constantly washing them. The pool is small, but was fine for relaxing in. Very disappointed that the spa could not be heated up separately to enjoy. The heater is set at 88 for pool and spa. We have a pool and spa at home and like to heat the spa up to about 96. Did not like the grill at all. It was a 1960 era State park type of grill that is set in the ground right outside the pool area. Overall, we enjoyed staying here.

Nice house. Other than construction behind property!

Everything went well until Monday morning we were awoke by construction vehicles behind the house. This went on all week. The constant beeping of trucks backing up and them leveling the ground. Was quite a distraction from our quiet wildlife sanctuary we were promised in the description. I contacted the owner and he offered for us to leave and he would refund our remaining days. This was in the middle of spring break and nothing was available. I contacted him again when the plates and dishes were shaking in the cabinets. He never responded. Didn't even offer to give us any compensation for not being able to use the pool until after the construction was over each day. The house was clean and very nice! The carpet could use a good cleaning. But other than that. The house was great! I just want anyone looking at this property to know this construction is and will be going on for some time! It is a new neighborhood going in.

Seriously great house

There was a slight mix up at check in but it was a great stay over all. We went to Disney and the hot tub was amazing after the long days of walking. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so that when you get home from vacation you don't have a bunch of laundry to do!

Short Drive to Sites!

We really enjoyed staying here. Our family from out of town all gathered here for a week. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the freedom to have meals, as well as our own space. We were just a short drive from attractions and restaurants. We are already planning our stay for next year. There were 8 of us and we easily had room for 10 still comfortably.

Perfect Location

Communication with property management was prompt but was expecting a return call regarding BBQ grill but found my answer upon arrival. Small grill outside of screened Lanai area found, we did not use. Pros: Location. This property is located right of Hwy27 and not far from groceries, gas station. Short drive (30mins) to 192 where there's Ole town, Medieval Times and plenty of gift shops. The pool area: Loved that they provided a portable drying rack for bathing suits and towels. Safety features like pool fencing provided but easily removed for the kids. Dining: Plenty of seating for 2 familes, counter space tp cook meals and plenty of dishes, cookware, mugs, glasses and ice maker. I wish the TV in the living room worked though- easy fix we purchased at Walmart a Roku and we easily got netflix and such for a movie night. Overall we will try to book this property again, safe neighborhood, great location and no fuss rental.
