The host was always quick to reply. The house could use some updating and a deep clean. Don;t get me wrong the house was clean when we got there but a fresh coat of paint, new toilet seats, and vents could be cleaned. We had the pool heated as we were not sure about the weather and it was great!

The house is in a great location for visiting the Disney parks. The house is a bit dated according to the pictures including in accurate dining which caused problems for us all to eat together. We had a couple of issues which included cockroaches and took the property mgmt 4 days to get someone out to treat the house.

The property had a few lights out in bedroom and living room. Water was not hit at kitchen sink and the rugs are very worn. The pool looked very dirty. The furniture in the living room and kitchen is in need of replacing

..

Communication prior to our arrival was excellent, and we appreciated the prompt responses. However, upon arrival, we were unable to reach anyone for assistance. Unfortunately, the batteries in the door lock had died, leaving us unable to secure the property. As a result, we were forced to leave the door unlocked while our belongings were inside, which was concerning.Additionally, the mattress in one of the bedrooms was extremely firm—more comparable to a box spring than a standard mattress—making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The overall rest quality was poor.The most unsettling issue, however, was the presence of a snake inside the home. While we were able to remove it ourselves, it caused significant distress, as all of us are fearful of snakes.

Would stay again, but there are things to improve

It’s a nice house. Everything is pretty much as described. All of the day to day items (counters, beds, sofas, flooring, etc.) were clean, but things like air returns, bath fans, door trim, and dining lights could all use a thorough cleaning. The management company was easy to work with. When we arrived, a smoke detector was chirping and they had a maintenance man there within 20 minutes to replace batteries. He also recommended a great place to eat! Our biggest complaint was the squeaky floor in one of the master bedroom/bathroom areas. It was very loud in the room and downstairs. The resort facilities were nice, but some activities (like mini golf) are an extra fee. Overall, I was happy with my rental and would stay again.

Great stay home away from home

The House had a welcome feeling. Very clean and nicely decorated.The only thing is that the floor in the bathroom is squeaking when you walk.Other than that, it was a great stay.The maintenance is quick to response.Merry Christmas.

Great place to stay

The property and communications were excellent. The only drawback was preregistration. I had to scan the back and front of drivers license and credit card and send it email. After doind so, Ibread you should never email that information. It worked out ok but did not like the process.

Wonderful!

This house was amazing. Very clean, end unit with plenty of room for our family. We had a small issue with pool lights and they answered promptly and came right out and fixed it. The air-conditioning is on point in this house, no fear of being warm. Would certainly rent this house again.

Perfect!

Loved this place! I was able to pre-register/check in so day of arrival we went straight to the house. House was very clean & so beautiful! Our family of 7 (4 adults, 1 teen & two kids age 12). Everything we needed was provided in the home. The only things we needed to bring was toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags & laundry soap. I will definitley book again as soon as possible!
