Beautiful home

Every thing Was clean and room where spacious Only thing I didn’t like was bad service in that area. And the power outlet wasn’t working on one side of the house. But enjoyed our stay.

Poorly kept. Electrical sockets didn’t work. Front door needs repair immediately. Very little lighty

Check in incorrect. Told to go to somewhere called second checkin. Happen to try to get to property finally and was checked in at gate which was not the information sent. House very bare of anything. No lamps in lounge. Internet poor. Never stay on that resort area again, ever!! Left property same night and checked into a hotel.

Not two things matched

First off in the twins room the ceiling was leaking on top of the bed. So the cleaning crew put a pot on top of the bed to try to catch the water. Know one slept in that bed also there was only 2 forks in the house no baking pans or roasting pan for oven use.

Nice but missing a few things

The condo is nice and the pictures are fairly accurate. It had plenty of room for 8 of us (5 adults and 3 kids). I like the open common area and the bedrooms were all great. However, I noticed a lot of broken or damaged things on arrival, like a large hole in the dry wall in the pool table loft and several bent curtain rods. There weren't any hand towels in any bathrooms and they were short on bath towels. (No shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms either). The weirdest thing was the lack of garbage bags. They only provided 2! There is a sign there saying that you must take the trash out nightly or you will be charged a fine. I mentioned these things to the property manager who was very prompt and receptive. They did drop off some extra bath towels but by then my friends had arrived with ones from home at my request and they never gave any extra garbage bags so we went to buy our own. Just unusual for a decent property. I feel these are basic items that should be provided and if so I would have been extremely pleased. I mean, who brings their own garbage bags??!!

False advertisement on bed, Grill was dirty, Empty propane gas tank

Overall, my family and I aren’t satisfied with our stay. The house was beautiful but the two queen bedding size is false advertisement they are full size beds. The grill was super filthy and I prepaid to use the grill to find out that the propane gas tank was empty and I had to go out my way on my vacation time to refill the tank.

PERFECTION

This property was simply amazing, the host, simply amazing, they were very communicative with me and upon arrival check in was made easy. This was a big weekend for me and they made it better. I recommend this place 10times over!
