Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

Spring family vacation

This was a perfect place for our family. The kids and everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The home with its large living area and outside area by the pool worked out perfect for us. And thank you to the workers for efficient pool service when needed, and for daily garbage pick up. We appreciate your services.

The house was very nice and accommodating for us. The only issues that we had was the house did not have enough towels and the remotes for the televisions either did not have batteries or the batteries were dead. One of the rooms did not have a television. But overall the house was nice.

Beautiful home but had bugs

The home is beautiful and very spacious. A few things were a little damaged when we arrived. Garbage can lid was broken. Several of the blinds fell out as soon as we opened them at back door. Roaches were all in the kitchen and 1st bathroom. We bought several cans of spray to help. This limited the amount of cooking that we could do in the home. I would book the home again if it was treated for the bugs.

Great house overall! Some problems with no communication from the management

Let me start off by saying the house itself is beautiful!!!! Definitely recently built! Most of the community is still being built but far enough away that it does not disrupt anything. There is plenty of space for the group to sit around together! I had a hard to getting the layout of the house before arrival so let me explain it for everybody. Bd1 & Bd2 are downstairs Bd1- king- main master (so beautiful!!) Bd2- queen- door into main bathroom downstairs Bd3-Bd10 upstairs Bd3 & Bd4- 2 twins with doors to Jack and Jill bathroom (bathroom also has a door to the second floor area B5- Queen B6- King with door to Jack and Jill bathroom Bd7- Queen with door to Jack and Jill bathroom Jack and Jill bathroom shared between Bd6 & Bd7 has no access to other then through the rooms Bd8- King Bd9- Queen Bd10-Queen Last bathroom has no direct bedroom access but is located next to bd10 Game room was a great touch! Overall had a very nice time in the house! We did encounter some problems while we were there. The main problem was the hot water. After 2/3 showers there was no more hot water. This creates a problem when you have 12 people on the vacation. We realized this day 2 as the first day we arrived at different times. The projector upstairs does not work. We tried everything that first day to get it to work and it didn’t. I reached out and no response the whole trip. The pots and pans weren’t good at all, we had to use 1 for most of everything and whatever you do-don’t use the front right burner. It doesn’t have a temp range, it is always crazy hot.

The home was wonderful. Just as advertised. Kitchenware, two sets of washer and dryer, towels, wash clothes, pool, game room... However there was no grill (and charcoal grills were not allowed) and a few roaches on the kitchen counter at night.

Very clean, ten bedroom home, very tastefully outfitted, within a reasonable drive south of Orlando. We may have been one of the first small groups to rent this home and had to endure some aggravation due to a lack of basic supplies and home needs; extra toilet paper, paper towels, coffee maker filters, salt/pepper, sugar, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent... you get the idea. Nothing a brief trip to the grocery couldn't mend but nontheless items that should be there with the rental. Oh, and I believe there was a TV in every single room and every bedroom! Highly recommend this home.
