We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean and exactly as pictured. The kids loved the pool. It was nice that there was covered outside seating and a bathroom easily accessible to the pool area. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a nice stay. However, I messaged the host about where to put the trash bags because their outside containers were packed full and I never heard back. Also the master carpet has quite a few stains and needs replacing.

Cozy, comfortable and clean. Jets in hot tub could have been stronger and patio area/furniture could have been cleaner )stains on furniture and dusty patio. Pool guy appeared in backyard w/o prior notice and I was in the bedroom with the French doors wide open to catch the breeze. I was startled and not appropriately dressed for anyone other than my husband.

Trip to The One Nationals Cheerleaders Competition.

I can say this was enjoyable trip. If you have 2-4 kids and just want to get away. I would recommend this property. My nieces and nephews had a blast and could not wait to return. And my sister is planning booking this again in the near future.*My only personal issue was the quality of the pool sticks. That is the only complaint that we can have. My sister also would like to say even though the bed my squeak, it slept great, even excellent. Some of the best sleep she have gotten in months.We will definitely try our best to rent this property again.

Amazing stay!!

This house was phenomenal! It was exceptionally clean, the neighborhood was so peaceful and relaxing. The Property Manager was amazing. Xandra went over and beyond to make sure my family had a great time. We contacted her to find out how to turn on the spa and she answered right away and even checked back to see if we were okay. The pool area was so big. We will definitely be back:

Enjoyed my stay!

There were a few inconveniences such as a non working grill, limited essentials for cooking and toiletry items such as toilet paper, paper towels, seasoning etc. Overall my family and I enjoyed the stay. Nice property and space for large families.

overall nice place

we enjoyed our stay 4 of us. Shows wear and tear as a rental would. Could be cleaner as dust accumulation here and there, beer can behind the cushion on the patio. Pool worked the first couple of days and after pool maintenance it wasn't heated.

Everything was just as expected. Pool was awesome and heated as expected due to it being cold during our stay. The jacuzzi was an added bonus as well! The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. Was perfect for our family vacation to Orlando!

Home away from home

We were very lucky to have beautiful weather during our stay! We swam in the pool everyday, enjoyed the area and are excited to come back! The location was perfect for parks and everything the area has to offer!

My family and I recently stayed here for the week on a Disney trip, and we loved it. The pool fee was 100% worth it, and the hot tub was amazing! After long days at the park, this was a great place to come back to.

Great Property

The home is nice, spacious, good amenities and in a great location. But, all we really want is a bed, shower, and a hot tub. After missing that you need to pay to have the hot tub heated, we got that situated. However we came home from the parks the second night and the hot tub was not hot. The manager talked me through how to turn it on, and got it figured out. Third night came home at 9pm, hot tub is not hot again, but they said it could not be turned on because of hoa rules? We could not use it the morning of our check out either. Long story short, you apparently can only turn on the heater between 8-8pm? And it does not heat during the day apparently because both days it was in the 80s when we got home. I asked the other property owners and they were not aware of any hoa rules prohibiting heating the hot tub after a certain time. So if you want a hot, hot tub - you have to pay extra and then get home before 8.

Peaceful Vibes in Clermont

A sleeper hit 4/3 in a quiet neighborhood, this house was great for bonding with the family. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, and the garage/game room was an excellent touch. We would have liked for the pool and hot tub heater to reach higher temperatures, but that's the closest approximation to a complaint anyone could think of. Whoever does the housekeeping deserves a raise for their attention to detail. Five stars.

Nice house, but


While the house was nice and was in a good location, there were a couple of things that could be improved upon. The mattresses in all of the rooms were innerspring and pretty uncomfortable. The AC was locked from setting temp below 70%. There were no ceiling fans to circulate air, so we all sweated and were not comfortable sleeping. There were floor fans and a box fax, but these didn’t cool the house down enough at night. We were there in an unusually warm mid-November; nighttime temperatures in the upper 50s to lower 60’s. I can’t imagine what there would feel like in the spring or summer. Other than that, it was great.

Nice place, a few notes

Overall, we had a lovely stay. The pool was nice, and we had lots of fun with the game room. A couple notes: 1. When the listing says that an additional fee Is required to heat the pool, that goes for the jacuzzi as well. They are essentially the same thing. The jacuzzi is a mostly separated section of the pool with some jets in the outer wall. Not that the jacuzzi is cold, but it’s not hot as I had anticipated, unless you pay the not insignificant daily fee. 2. As we were leaving our home to head to vacation, my wife ordered a couple things that would not have time to be delivered to our house so she sent them to the rental. The one that arrived via UPS arrived as expected. The one that was delivered through USPS was delivered to the mailbox which I was informed is inaccessible and we would not ever receive the package. d

Orange Tree

We had a great time. The home fit our every needs. The pool water was cold, but we still enjoyed it. Great location for us to venture all over central and eastern Florida. Only con was the bathroom sinks didn't drain properly and there were tiny sugar ants in bathrooms.
