The house was not well cleaned. There were very few utensils in the kitchen. We also did not have access to the pool house or the game room.

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE- DIRTY

This home was NOT CLEAN! there were piles of dirt in the corners of every room, dirty door knobs, banisters filthy ceiling fans, dirty windows. there was someone elses ice cream still in the freezer, the dishes in the drawer were not clean. The pool is so tiny you cant really even use it and FILTHY! they charge extra for EVERYTHING! if you want to use the BBQ grill, heat the pool, and they only provide you with one trash bag, one roll of toilet paper for the week in each bathroom. they will not reimburse you no matter, even if the place is too dirty to stay there. The house is expensive and after you have booked they charge you more fees than you were expecting. The beds were so hard that none of us slept the entire trip, they provide you with one towel for each bed for the entire week, and you do not get any washclothes. There was broken drawers and cupboards, and the shower door would not close. I asked for a crib for my little one and I was going to be charged 142$ extra to use the crib. they do have a pack n play that they will let you use for free but I asked them to have it at the rental property well in advance and they did not have it there so I had to stay up until after 10pm waiting for them to deliver the pack n play. There is a fairly nice community pool and playground but they did not leave us a key to use it so we could not take advantage until they brought us a key. TO PUT IT SIMPLY, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
