Fairway Vista is a beautifully appointed 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath villa that combines comfort, style, and entertainment. Overlooking the golf course, this home features a private screened-in pool and a game room with ping pong table, foosball, and more—perfect for making memories with family and friends.

Inside, the open floorplan includes a formal dining area, a cozy living room with sofa seating and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast nook. Sleeping accommodations include two master suites with king beds, a twin bedroom, and a bunk room with single over double bunks—ideal for kids. Additional conveniences include a laundry room and plenty of space for up to 9 guests to relax and unwind.

Points forts : Propreté
The house was very nice. I had a problem with the main lounge tv not working properly but the management company came to the house very promply and fixed it. I was a little disapointed with the service of the tv there were not many film channels available. Most channels that I requested said I needed to upgrade. Apart from that small issue everything was fine. The bed in the main bedroom was very comportable. Overall fine. I would book this villa again.

The house is well used and looking tired and in need of a good clean. Examples of this:The windows were filthy on the outside (green moss) especially in the kitchen, making it feel quite dark.Light shades damaged, blinds falling down, shelves in fridge broken, knob / light on cooker broken (although the management company were very responsive and maintenance came out and fixed the cooker very quickly). The A/C unit is very noisy and we were glad we didn’t need to use the upstairs bedrooms. On the first morning we had to sweep the floors after standing on some toe nail clippings.The extract ducting at the back of the tumble dryer was not connected to anything so dust and fluff was accumulating behind the washer / dryerAll of these were reported to the Management CompanyThe location is good, it’s a very quiet street and the pool backs on to the golf course. Although the plants around the pool were overgrown and hanging into the water, leaving debris in the pool.With some maintenance work and cleaning it could be a really lovely property.Although there was nothing the owner or management company could do about it, we had a problem with a snake sleeping on top of the front door and it falling down on us each morning.

Misleading

Inside the house was clean and spacious but I had to connect all the cable boxes and tvs before we could use them. The front of the house was dirty, the trash can was already full when we got there, the chairs by the pool was dirty and mildew, there was a whole square missing from the pool screen, two other big holes at the bottom of the screen so we constantly had to deal with bugs. The pool was dirty, on the side of the pool had old melon peels. The whole reason for booking a house with a private pool was so that my family n I could enjoy the Florida weather while taking a cool dip without mingling with other but that didn't happen because we didn't use the pool not even once. I reached out to the property manager and not once did he reply to me. Unless they fix all these issues you need not to book this place.
