5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Orlando Villa 3138. Bright and spacious family Home located in the Highlands Reserve, a prestigious holiday and residential golfing community in Davenport, within the Orlando Area, close to Disney theme parks.
This luxurious Villa includesgame room for family entertainment and private pool overlooking the golf course and comfortably accommodates 9 guests with 2.5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms: 2 Master Bedroom with King Bed , 1 Room with two twin beds, and one with a single over double bunks.
The home as a central large open plan living area including formal dining room , with modern seating dining table and chairs, TV lounge with comfortable seating and patio doors out to the pool deck with swimming pool.
The large kitchen, has all the equipment you could possibly want, with granite countertops, large fridge/freezer, microwave, full size stove, dishwasher and all the plates, glassware and cutlery; all in situe for your convenience. With breakfast nook directly into the kitchen.
The first master bedroom has access to a private bathroom with walk in shower, two hand basins and separate toilet. Second full bathroom located on the second floor with shower bathtube, toilet and hand basin. Completed with a third convenient toilet located close to the house entrance.
THE LOCATION
Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, Kid playground, Tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, practice range, putting green, and cafe bar which is open seven days a week.
It is situated in a peaceful location and is ideally located for easy access to all major attractions, with shops, supermarket, and restaurants all close by. Disney Theme parks (10 minutes), Sea World, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre and Daytona Beach. It is only an hour’s drive to Cocoa Beach, and an hour and a half from St. Petersburg and Clearwater
For shopping, try the 700,000-square foot Beltz Factory Outlet Centre just 12 miles away.
