EXQUISITE VILLA - 2 Master Suites, Pool South+Spa, Gas BBQ, Game Room, WIFI

Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of world-class golf courses, some located just 10 minutes off Tuscan Ridge.

You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious family and living rooms, both with views of the pool area and direct access to the pool through patio doors. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the private pool and spa. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions, a breakfast nook and a bar. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. All rooms are equipped with flat TVs (ROKU TV). There is a large flat 46" Smart TV in the living room and a 42" TV in the master bedroom.

You will enjoy a screened, south facing pool and spa and a large L-shaped lanai with fans, lights and padded pool furniture. The pool is south-facing. Pool and spa heating is available upon request and for an additional charge. The pool has a child safety fence to help protect your children. The pool area is private – it is not overlooked.

The game room is exceptionally attractive. It provides a pool / billiard table, table football, and darts. Your little ones are most welcome to the villa. A high chair and two strollers are waiting for them, as well as a pack 'n play. There is a separate laundry room in the villa.

FREE fast unlimited internet connection with WIFI is provided in the home and the pool area - all for your convenience.

There is a gas grill (BBQ) available - FREE of charge to our guests.

The Tuscan Ridge Community also has a communal tennis court - FREE of charge.

The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient local property management company.

After full payment has been received, guests receive a 4-digit code for the door of the villa. This is a very convenient way how to get into the villa as you can arrive at any time and you do NOT need to drive to another location to check-in. In addition, guests receive a detailed ARRIVAL INFORMATION Document (incl. contact details of the local property manager).

The villa is easily reachable from the Orlando International Airport - approx. 35 minutes (32 miles, easy drive). The ARRIVAL INFO Document contains detailed driving instructions.

Other distances: Disney World Magic Kingdom: approx. 15 miles and 22 minutes using Interstate Highway 4 (I-4). The Universal Studios: approx. 30 minutes, located next to I-4.

Perfection! This is my third stay with this particular host in this neighborhood. As always the home and pool deck were clean and immaculate. Check in/out is always a breeze with the keyless entry door. This home has everything we need to keep everyone from 12 to 71 happy and comfortable. The place was great and had everything we needed. We were so happy that we paid the extra to heat the pool/hot tub as we ended up using it every day. The hot tub wasn't heating one morning but Vera was super quick to respond and had a maintenance person come out within the hour and had it resolved. Would highly recommend.

It was very nice. The pros were it was a nice house in a very quiet neighborhood. The cons were the screens were very loose so there were a lot of bugs in the pool area. And, the doors had a 2" inch gap at the bottoms so a snake and a frog ended up in the pool! Otherwise, the pool was nice. The hot tub, while warm, had the jets turned on so that the water was so wild, it would constantly hit you in the face. I thought I was being waterboarded just sitting there.

All the comforts of home

The house was clean and has everything you can need and more. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra linens and pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked and lots of little extras. The appliances were in great shape and worked great. The furniture felt and looked new.. The house itself was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and a soak in the hot tub was just what we needed after a day in the parks. The lanai is large and has plenty of seating and loungers. We called maintenance for a minor glitch in a ceiling light and they were extremely courteous and professional on the phone. We spent the day at the parks and when we returned that evening the repair had been made. Great service! We would stay here again.

This was a nice place and we enjoyed our stay. The four bedrooms were nice and had enough beds four our family. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the spa. We opted for the pool heat which was well worth it. The house was as the pictures shown.

Sunny spring break

I enjoyed the house. The pool and hot tub were the highlights. They were a very nice addition to our stay. The worst part were the beds. Very uncomfortable! The pillows were the worst. Very flat. I would suggest spending a few extra dollars on some good pillows. I think that’s important to people. I know it’s important to me. Otherwise, everything was as expected. Thank you!
