The property was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was perfect for our needs. This property is conveniently located with a grocery store across the street, gas stations, and restaurants. I always felt safe coming and going from the property regardless of the time. Lastly, this property is within a very short and easy drive to any of the Disney locations. I would highly recommend it.

The room is very spacious. The sofa bed could be improved for a more comfortable night's sleep, but it does the job. Sometimes it was difficult to find a table for breakfast, although that's understandable considering the holidays. Options for breakfast were good. There's plenty of parking available, the hotel is kept clean, and we found it to be a safe place. I would consider staying here again.

I booked this hotel because I was bringing my pet. About 30 minutes into leaving the hotel for a dinner reservation, I was called and told that my dog was barking loudly and they received “numerous phone calls” regarding this disruption. The whole thing is far fetched when I know my 5 lb Yorkie does not typically bark for no reason and the general manager was so sure it was her. Upon returning, we recorded the actual culprit which was a dog in a room across from the elevator. For this reason and to avoid the stress, I boarded my pet for the following day that would be spent at the parks. What was supposed to be a helpful and convenient stay turned stressful very quickly. The manager was also impossible to get ahold of and I had no choice but to contact corporate to file a claim against this hotel for wrongly accusing my pet and failing to be thorough in investigating the matter.

Clean room, nice staff, close to Disney. There’s only two things that I wasn’t too crazy about. 1.) They had shuttles that went to Disney, but the shuttles only went to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Would be nice if in the future they could include Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. And 2.) Not a lot of breakfast options. It was a good breakfast! Just wish there was a little more variety. Good stay overall!
