We had to move rooms because we had no hot water. They charged us more money for incidentals sine we booked through Travelocity. They charge us $70 when we checked in then later another $90 with nothing being said when we checked in. The bus to the parks was horrible, a window was shattered and there is something wrong that made it extremely loud.

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and service was excellent. The breakfast provided was really tasty. I especially enjoyed the variety of food options at breakfast. The hotel was about 15min away from Disney World and all the other parks. The only slight hiccup was the shuttle company the hotel uses to transport guests to the parks. The company was often late and at times didn’t even show up. Apart from that, everything was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel.
