Great size rooms - two queen beds plus a full size sofa bed, a kitchen with full-size refrigerator, dishwasher microwave, sink with disposal. And lots of shelves and drawers for clothing, etc. Staff was super nice and the breakfast had a great variety, plus you could make your own Mickey waffles!

As soon as you walk in, it smells amazing and everything is extremely clean. The staff could have been a little more friendly but they were not rude. The only issue we had was a small one. The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

I had a great time here, they had free breakfast but it ended too short, the food was kind of hard since it’s been laying out for a while. My room had a weird smell I hated it so we bought a spray, very close to places to eat and target loved it! We will stay here again in the future. Room was great size and kitchen in the room was great.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando at Flamingo Crossings. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. However, I was very disappointed with the service at the front desk. My wife spoke with an employee named Mae, who was unprofessional and dismissive. We had a small bag that was forgotten earlier during our reservation, and when my wife asked for assistance, Mae showed no effort to help and simply ignored her request. We really liked the hotel and its location, but this negative interaction left us with a poor impression of the front desk service. Better training in professionalism and customer care is definitely needed.

Zero Entry Pool and water slide is awesome for families with kids of all ages. Breakfast get chaotic later in the morning but its filling and plentiful. The 2 Queen Suit with the pullout bed was perfect for our family of 6 and the full size fridge and dishwasher made our stay more comfortable.

This is an okay place to stay. Good location and great pool for a day off the parks. The place looks clean but found a lot of hair on the carpet and in the shower from the previous tenants.

My family of four stayed here for a week and it was fantastic! The entire area felt safe new and clean. The hotel has an amazing smell as soon as you walk in. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and friendly. I plan on returning next year for sure. It was awesome!
