I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-kept, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions. The property felt family-friendly, and the outdoor pool was a nice bonus to enjoy during downtime. Overall, the location was convenient, the service was reliable, and everything was handled smoothly. We paid for the 3 night stay in advance but were met with a hold on our credit charge for $547.00. This was to cover a daily resort fee, parking, and any extras. Breakfast for 1 day was $78 for 2 ppl. Breakfast was horrible, in fact all the food at the hotel was very bad, got ill twice, even the coffee was worse than the worst coffee I every had. Everything in the hotel was ridiculously high, $4.00 for a small bottle of water? Bars throughout the facility to the best, bartenders were awesome. Pool area, the best ever, grounds gorgeous.
