Cheer Getaway

We were in town for a cheerleading competition and had several families stay at this property, plenty of room for everyone! The Star Wars room was a huge hit - even for the adults haha! Communication with the property manager was excellent as was the location. Highly recommend!!

Great place great service

We were very pleased with everything and had a great time. All was better than expected! We had no children with us but kids would LOVE the themed rooms and play room.Since two of us were senior citizens, a railing by the pool and and some railings in a couple of the showers would be VERY helpful.But all in all a great place and very easy travel to both Disney and Universal.

Clean and well appointed home for staying with multiple generations

We had a family reunion in Orlando with our married children and our 11 grandchildren ranging in age from 6 months to 8 years old. The pool was awesome, and it was well worth it to pay for the heating. The kids all enjoyed the swimming pool and the game room. There is a community pool that we went and enjoyed for one evening, but found that we just really enjoyed the house pool. Having so many rooms with king sized beds made choosing rooms a breeze. There was one port-a-crib provided, so if you need more be sure to bring your own or buy one at the target that is only a few minutes away.It was refreshing to have a rental home also provide high quality soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper! This is frequenty overlooked, but it was very appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Felt a little cheated as we were not given the listed property as the one we actually booked was next door. Spa orientation and lounge orientation made it obvious. Pool deck lounge chairs discoloured and tatty, the worst lounge set we’ve ever had cushions keep moving, and it’s worn. Curtains by pool door are filthy. The games don’t work completely,m. Eg scores on basketball. Villa is wellStocked for arrivalThough. Front door needs a good paint.several days of our stay there were loud construction works in owners othe property.

My family enjoyed your property after having spent 4 days at Disney. We loved the location as it was and end unit with no unit behind us. My two issues were the cost to rent a gas grill. We had to pay for a full week when we only had the grill for three days. My only other issue was that I thought the pool/Lani and the area outside of the Lani could have been cleaner. All and all it was a great stay and I would recommend it to anyone! Thank you!

Great Family Place for all ages.

It is as described to a tee. Lots of space with tons to do. We had kids ages 8, 12, 14, 15, 16, 20 and 22 years old. This is a teen/college age dream space from movie theater with all the options to arcade games, pool table, air hockey etc. Pool and hot tub then add on the additional two water parks. Easy access to grocery shopping, resturants etc.

Above Average, Below Expectations

Sounds good and looks good on paper but1. You Pay Extra for Pool/Spa Heating! a lot extra!2. The property was ill decorated and had many issues from leaking ceilings to broken shower heads and lights falling their housing, to name but a few of the many many issues encountered3. I could go on complaining about minor issues but I will end with.....My personal advice, with hindsight, isStay in Disney Hotel for the period you wish to visit Disney and then find a cheap place to lay your weary head for the rest of your time which would allow you a visit to Florida without the hassles involved in staying far from Orlando's other attractions.Everything is expensive excess Fuel & Food, so book wisely as, in my humble opinion, this is not the best option, for anyone.

Family Spring Break Vacation

Our family had a great time at the property. The house and rooms were as described in the listing. The pool and spa were a hit and were used by all. Small issues were addressed in a timely manner. Having the pool face the lake was excellent. It is very quiet, and there are birds, turtles, and even a gator to watch while relaxing. We would definitely stay again.
