Use of Amenities

* The pool and spa are available for your use, but please note that
the property does not include a hot tub. The water temperature in
the jets or jacuzzi area will be the same as the pool.
* Pool heating is available for an additional cost.
* Notify the property in advance if you plan to use the BBQ grill; a
fee will be applied for setup and cleaning.
* Columbia Management inspects the pool and BBQ grill weekly.

Parking

* Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas only. Use the
parking space corresponding to the property’s street address for
one vehicle; additional vehicles should use designated guest
parking spaces.

Waste Management

* Door-step trash collection begins after 11 AM daily. Ensure all
waste is bagged and tied. Loose items and sharp objects are not to
be included. Cardboard boxes should be broken down.

Shipping Policy

* All deliveries should be arranged via private carriers. The resort
does not accept, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests. Use
the property address for all deliveries.

Linens and Towels

* Pool towels are provided; guests are expected to take care of them
and leave them at the property.
