* Pool towels are provided and should be taken care of and left at
the home.
* BBQ grill is available but requires advance notice and a setup fee.
* Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. Additional
parking is available at the clubhouse.

Waste Management

* Valet trash pick-up is available; waste should be bagged and tied
for collection. Loose items, needles, or sharp objects will not be
collected.

Delivery Policy

* Deliveries can only be made via private carriers like Federal
Express and UPS. Guests must use the property address for delivery
as the resort does not handle packages.

Additional Provisions

* A small starter kit of toiletries and kitchen basics is provided;
guests need to purchase additional supplies for their stay.
* Linens and towels are provided at the start of the stay, but
washcloths are not included.

Resort amenities including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides,
Tennis, Common Green areas and Gym. Payable direct to the clubhouse.
