Our villa is located at Tuscan Ridge, a prestigious, quiet and beautiful community in the heart of Florida. It is just off US Hwy 27 and 3 miles north of I-4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in 20 minutes or play a lot of golf courses, some located just a few minutes off Tuscan Ridge.

You will love the villa’s open plan design with cozy and spacious family and living rooms, both with views of the pool area and direct access to the pool through patio doors. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable sofas. Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms have direct access to the private pool. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen opens into the living area with a formal dining room for special occasions, a breakfast nook and a bar. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans. There are five flat TVs in the villa (ROKU TV), including a 55inch 4K TV in living room.

You will enjoy a screened pool and a large L-shaped lanai with fans, lights and padded pool furniture. The pool is south-facing. Pool heating is available upon request and for an additional charge. The pool has a child safety fence to help protect your children. The pool area is private – it is not overlooked.

The game room is exceptionally attractive: pool / billiard table, table tennis (ping - pong), darts, and other attractions (see the pictures). Your little ones are most welcome to the villa; a high chair, a stroller and a pack 'n play are all waiting for them. There is a separate laundry room in the villa. Fast unlimited internet connection with free WIFI in the home and the pool area - all for your convenience.

There is a gas grill (BBQ) available - FREE of charge to our guests.

The Tuscan Ridge Community also has a communal tennis court - FREE of charge.

The villa is privately owned and local support is provided through a professional and efficient local property management company.
After full payment has been received, guests receive a 4-digit code for the door of the villa. This is a very convenient way how to get into the villa as you can arrive at any time and you do NOT need to drive to another location to check-in. In addition, guests receive a detailed ARRIVAL INFORMATION Document (incl. contact details of the local property manager).

The villa is easily reachable from the Orlando International Airport - approx. 35 minutes (32 miles, easy drive). The ARRIVAL INFO document contains detailed driving instructions.

Other distances: Disney World Magic Kingdom: approx. 15 miles and 22 minutes using Interstate Highway 4 (I-4). The Universal Studios: approx. 30 minutes, located next to I-4.

The pool was great area around pool could use a power wash on concrete, refrigerator could be updated as ice and water dispencer was non functionable with a sign do not use, A/C was good throughout house except 2nd mater suite were it was not as efficient. Very peaceful neiborhood and the house was well stocked also easy communication with owner and property manager

Great little villa.

Quite a nice little place away from the hustle and bustle. The pool was a hit with the kids with quite a few floaties and toys provided. The beds were all comfortable as were the furnishings. The games room was a nice bonus too. I would recommend this place for families or just couples as it has a little of everything. The hosts were very communicative and addressed any concerns or questions promptly.

Great Vacation rental for a family

This rental was excellent for March break with our kids. We used it as a launch point for our Orlando area activities including discovery cove and Disney world. We’ve rented a number of properties in and around Davenport, champions gate and four corners and this as one of the better ones. House is located on a nice quiet back part of a well established neighbourhood. We enjoyed the swimming pool - we got it heated for our stay and loved coming home at the end of a long day to swim. The layout of the house was great and the management company had some nice little touches set up for us when we got there including decorative towels folded into designs and soaps out etc. our boys loved the games room and playing ping pong. I loved that I could do a little laundry before heading home. Communication with hosts was also quick and hassle free at every point from booking to checking in. They even checked in with us twice to make sure our stay was going well. All in all excellent spot for us

Lovely quiet area

The property was in a nice quiet area, its an older property perhaps a little dated i suppose, but we loved it there we stayed for a month we found everything we needed within the home, the pool was nice and private. The location of the home was great within easy reach of the theme parks and plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. I would definitely stay here again.

Summer paradise

We spent a week of our holiday in Davenport and the choice fell on this holiday home. We did not regret that decision. It was paradise to come home to after a long day at one of the theme parks. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and found the house well equipped and comfortable.

The house is large enough that adults and teens found space to relax, watch TV, read, and do crafts. The bedrooms were great for us. The teens loved the pool. It was clean as was the area around it. They lived in the pool except at mealtime.

AIR CONDITIONING

It was HOT HOT outside and we couldn’t set the air conditioner under 74! The house was very HOT! Trying to sleep in a HOT house was miserable! Other than that the house was beautiful and clean and so was the pool. However if you have anyone who has asthma or other breathing issues don’t stay here! They definitely need to upgrade the air conditioner. There was a sign on air that said if you set below 74 it would freeze up and you had to pay for someone to come fix it! Upgrade your air conditioner and that wouldn’t be an issue. There is a play room for the kids but it’s in the garage and no air out there…kids couldn’t even use due to it being too hot! Can’t cook in the house due to it heating up over 80 in the house! The two master bedrooms stayed HOT! Also couldn’t use the ice machine or water from fridge because door access was froze up. Needs upgraded fridge.

Great, spacious place!

We really enjoyed staying 8 nights at this property. My daughter had a dance competition in Orlando. It was in a safe and convenient location. There were 6 of us- my husband and I, our 3 children (9,11,20) and my mom. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The outdoor space with the pool was absolute perfect. We grilled and cooked most nights. We did not utilize the game room very much due to it being in the garage without AC. I could see this being very beneficial in the cooler months. The house is well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels!

School out getaway

My family had a great time in this home. There is enough space we are not on top of each other. The pool was amazing to come home after a long day at the park or an afternoon swim we enjoyed it. My grandchildren loved the game room overall this is a great house and will definitely be looking for this listing the next time I come into town.

Very nice property, easy to get to. Great place for 2 like my wife and I but plenty of space for 8. Pool was very clean and well cared for. If you have kids the extra preventive security to help keep them from getting into the pool unnoticed is top notch. Us adults took a minute to figure it out...lol.
