With a fantastic location right next to a golf course, a private pool and space for up to seven guests, this home located in Fairways Lake Estates is just the place to take a relaxing vacation!

Perched right alongside a fairway, this home is a fantastic place to stay if you want to enjoy golfing, though it also offers great views of the lush courses and other golfers as they make their way around the greens. In the area you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, spas, and other activities if you're not here to take advantage of the dozens of golf courses nearby or of the Disney Parks

This three-bedroom plus one day room with a day bed, two-bathroom home can accommodate up to seven guests.. Inside this gorgeous home, you will find a bright and welcoming space with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Have a seat in the living room, watch some TV, or mix up a drink at the pool area. While you're here you will have WiFi access so you can connect your preferred App like Netflix or AppleTV, and even a private laundry room for your use, as well as a well-appointed state of the art kitchen.

The master bedroom feature cozy king-size bed, a walking closet and an large en suite bathroom with Italian Travertine stone and granite counter-top.

Gorgeous house, stocked better than most with gadgets and small appliances. Management was always available and responded quickly before and during our stay. Glad we aid for the pool heater before we arrived as during our week the overnight temps were freeze warning nights twice but we still enjoyed the pool!

There was a couple of small things the first couple of days like smoke a detector beeping that needed batteries, temperature not comfortable but was rectified after asking for it to be unlocked after a couple of times and pool heat not working on the second day. None of this bothered me for these things happen. I was given contact numbers if we needed anything and the host seemed very good to deal with, was I ever wrong! On the third day I reached out regarding the pool heat not working again and asked if this could be looked after for we really wanted to use the pool. The host was very unprofessional and texted me that there is nothing wrong and I should not have taken people away from their families on a Sunday and very sarcastic . I was so disappointed to hear a response like this and there was an issue but she stated it was my fault having to call someone out to look at it and nothing was wrong. Upon leaving we removed the bedsheets as requested for cleaning and noticed a huge yellow stain on one of the mattresses, another disappointment that I would not have expected. I would not usually leave a negative review but feel future customers deserve better or hopefully the host treat guests with professionalism. Thanks

Wish the pool was heated and the house keeping crew did just walk in at 9:20ai was packing up she came in and started stripping the beds hope in the future they will knock first and wait till at least 5 minutes till chec out what I wasn’t dress and the man walked in on me from the garage .

Fantastic family villa

This villa was perfect for our family holiday. There was so much space and the pool was great for cooling down after days in the parks. Check in was very simple and communication with the hosts was great in the lead up to us arriving. The kitchen was very well equipped, large fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. the WiFi was spot on and we had no issues accessing it. The villa is in a quiet, well maintained neighbourhood overlooking a 55 golf course. It’s a short drive to plenty of shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, plenty of room BUT if you want to use the grill you must take propane tank and fill it yourself (price to fill not included even though it's advertised). The pool was extremely too cold to enjoy, the pool heater was never offered. There is a sign underneath A/C thermostat to keep at 75 degrees or higher, which made the house too hot especially to sleep, the coffee maker was too disgusting to make coffee!! Had to run to McDonald's for coffee. No dishwasher soap, No laundry soap even though it is asked to run the dishes in the dishwasher and wash the towels before you leave. No toilet paper (we had to buy), no batteries in remote controls for the TVs, no salt & pepper but they had curry etc. BE CAREFUL with tile flooring outside by pool we almost fell several times (that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen). Smoke detector has no battery, No ice trays for ice and ice maker didnt work so buy a bag of ice if you need some for your drinks.

Villa near theme parks

The villa was clean and comfortable, in a quiet neighbourhood and very convenient for the theme parks. The pool was brilliant and we loved watching the birds and lizards. Just a couple of small issues- the pool area had trash in the plant beds, the kitchen cupboards were basically empty, with only just enough cutlery etc for 5 people (2 teaspoons!) and there was no detergent for the washing machine. Apart from this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall this was a great property however there were only two of us had there been 7 or 8 (the property sleeps 8) then there was not enough seating in the lounge. 2 sofas and one coffee table, plenty of space for more furniture would have made it more homely and user friendly.

Great Rental w/a few Hiccups

This was a great vacation rental. It was very clean & convenient to parks & shopping. There were just minor things that I feel were overlooked by the management company (ie there were only partial rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom w/no replacement, the tvs were not working & had to contact manager & unplug to reset, instructions were to put towels in laundry & start but there was no laundry detergent). I think these things should be checked before each guest & stocked or corrected prior to check in. It just made it less than sufficient for a family w/a child & multiple people using the restrooms.

I wish I could have park in the garage but there was a Car park inside there. Of all the AirB&B & VRBO I have stayed the garage was available for Parking. Also wanted to BBQ & there was no gas was told I have to go and buy my own. The coffee maker was not working I went out & buy my own.

I really like the floor plan of this house. It felt spacious and comfortable

My overall experience was good. The pool was a bit smaller than I thought and had way too much chlorine in it. The interior of the home was very nice. I really liked the flooring and updates made to it. My family and I really enjoyed our weekend stay!

We had a nice stay but wasn't overly impressed. Ok neighborhood but neighbors were at spit distance, no privacy. Old food left on furniture and very sticky floor in the kitchen. I would definitely think that extra toilet paper could have been left for the price we paid, one roll?

Nice House

The house was nice and clean, we enjoyed it, the only problem is that the only working tv’s were the one in the living room and master bedroom, my kids were unable to watch tv in their rooms after we retire at night , we sent an email to the manager but did not get a response. Not a big deal because we only stayed for 2 nights, but if this is a feature you are looking for now you know what to expect. I would still recommend this house.

HORRIBLE ! Worst experience ever ! Please do not book this property in the future, we traveled from Miami 4 hours with our 2 boys to celebrate my son birthday and when we got there the placed was rented!! occupied, the manager did not even showed up, at 9:00pm with my boys in the car had to find a place to stay that night, did groceries shopping for my stay the manager did not picked up the phone, the refund still not issued. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Great house close to all the things!

This was a great house, very clean and well maintained, very spacious. Kids enjoyed the pool (smaller than the pictures, but still fun). The kitchen was overall stocked- we could have used a baking sheet and we didn’t find the blender. Plenty of extra linens and towels. The only negative- there are no ceiling fans and we couldn’t adjust the a/c lower than 75. We did message the owner and she did turn it down for us, but if you need air flow
 bring a fan. Location was great
 30 minutes to Universal and 20 to Animal Kingdom. Publix and restaurants were 5 minutes away.

Expectations

My two friends and I rented this house so we could relax and get away from a few days. We were very happy with the clean and upgraded overall look of the home on the inside. Once we got settled in we noticed we were pretty warm but being from Florida ourselves we just brushed it off and went on about our evening. We stayed in the pool until night time and then went straight to bed, however we all woke up to loud screams from the neighbors and noticed how hot it was. When we finally sought after the thermostat it was 76 degrees and when we tried to turn it down it was locked and asked for a code which was not given to us in advance. After looking in the book with all the rules in it, it says we aren’t allowed to turn the thermostat down below 75 or we will be responsible for paying for a new unit. I messaged the home owner and after not receiving a response for a few hours I called the numbers she had given me and left a voicemail message. The other lines didn’t have the option of voicemail messages. The next night screams again, loud yelling until 4 in the morning. The heat in the house was ridiculous, 76 degrees and nobody could sleep. The owner never responded until we got home from our trip. When she did answer my email message it was not a email concerned with the situation she was responsible for. She just wanted to make excuses and defend her position. I am not new to renting homes and I’ve never been asked to load towels and dishes and not been given the dish washing powder or laundry soap to do so. Again, the rule book says you have to wash the towels before you leave. The homeowner is now saying towels don’t need to be washed. Also, there was a roll of toilet paper on the holder in each bathroom but that’s it. There are no backup rolls. The homeowner says that this isn’t a hotel and I need to supply my own toilet paper. That has never been an issue at any hotel, motel, or home I’ve ever stayed in. They’ve always had spare rolls of toilet paper under the sink. With all that being said, the home is lovely, it’s updated and clean. The beds are super comfortable, the pool was clean and perfect. There was a snake outside on the driveway but it’s Florida and that has nothing to do with the home. I wouldn’t have complained about the toilet paper had it not been for the air issue and the noise problem
 but everything combined I had to say something. I suggest you bring a box fan for each room and some ear plugs. Other than that a great house lol
