There was construction and hammering couldn’t move rooms apparently full. Door had huge gaps around it A/C was loud. Bed platforms were old and falling apart.No amenities. Not a resort. Terrible place

Pool area nice and big for groups with lots of seating room being renovated but work in progress

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE

I booked the hotel through your online service. Absolutely NO ONE answered the phone. I called for 2 days. My father checked in last night and they charged him for the hotel again. I am very upset and want someone from the hotel to call me back.
