The Space:

Soft Florida breezes drift across the patio as you step outside to the pool and spa, a quiet place to settle into the morning before a day of nearby theme park adventures. Evenings invite you to unwind in one of the two living areas or gather around the dining table after a long, sun-filled afternoon. With spacious rooms and thoughtful touches throughout, this home offers a comfortable retreat for large groups looking to stay close to Davenport's attractions.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across two floors, the 7 bedrooms are designed to give everyone space to settle in. Downstairs, a bedroom with a queen bed and another with a king bed each include an attached bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with two twin beds and an attached bathroom, two rooms with king beds and attached bathrooms, plus two additional bedrooms each offering two twin beds. In total, 5.5 bathrooms provide convenience for groups of up to 14 guests.



Outdoor living

A private pool and spa sit just beyond the main living area, creating an easy transition between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation. The pool deck offers room to enjoy the Florida warmth, whether you are cooling off in the water or taking a break in the shade. Pool heat can be added for an additional fee. The backyard also includes outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, providing space to enjoy the setting at your own pace.



Kitchen and dining

The large kitchen features stainless steel appliances and the essentials you need to prepare meals for the group. Indoor and outdoor dining areas allow you to choose the setting that suits the moment, while the dedicated workspace and high-speed wifi support any remote needs during your stay.



Entertainment and comfort

Two living areas, flat screen TVs, and a game room offer plenty of ways to relax between outings. The home includes air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, and essentials such as bed linens, towels, and bathroom basics. Additional amenities like a ping pong table, ceiling fans, and clothing storage add ease to longer stays.

Located in Solterra Resort, the property includes access to the community's amenities, including a resort style pool with water slide, lazy river, fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas. Fees may apply. You are within convenient distance of Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other top attractions, with local shops, restaurants, and lively boulevards just a short drive away.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway.

The Solterra Resort Amenities include Resort Style Pool with Water Slide, Lazy River, Poolside Cafe, Fitness Center, Playground, Tennis and Volleyball Courts, and Recreational Area.



Located in Davenport, this home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 10 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
