This 4-bedroom, 3 -bathroom townhouse offers a comfortable space to 8 guests at a time. Bedroom layout is consists of 1 king master suite, 1 queen bed and 2 twin bedrooms each. This home offers a full equipped kitchen, a dining area with 6 seats, a sitting area with TV, laundry facilities, wireless internet access (strong enough for remote work and streaming) and more extras to enjoy. No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.
No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine.
Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of $300 will be charged for deep cleaning and/or fire detector tampering.Â
No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW: ** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
What to Expect Before Check-in
Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. Weâve made this process fully digital so itâs simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.
Hereâs how it works:
After booking, youâll receive a short online form to complete.
Youâll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.
For added security, weâll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the cardâsimilar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.
Once everything is verified, weâll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.
Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.
Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.
Important House Rules
No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.
Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.
Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.
Security Deposit
$500 for stays up to 28 nights. $1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.
The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7â14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Pool Heating (Optional)
Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).
For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.
Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.
A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).
Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.
We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
The house was very clean. The trip was nice. I love the area and how close it is to The Fun Spot and Old Town. However I was embarrassed and very disappointed the washing machine did not work during our trip. I picked out this condo to host my family vacation and no one was able to do laundry the entire time we were there. A repairman showed up the first day we were there and nothing was even attempted take care of the washer issue until the 7th day we were there. They replaced the washer and offered me late check out as a compensation. I explained to them that wasnât the compensation I was looking for because my flight was leaving early that day anyhow. They claimed they were working with the team to make up the inconvenience to me and then never got back to me. So I will be choosing not to use this rental company again. A washer is just as important as a refrigerator not working when youâre renting a house you should have access to all of the appliances. They werenât quick about fixing the issue at all.
