Your comfort and safety are important to us. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay, and our housekeeping team follows high standards to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.



**Damage Protection**

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is completed through our secure third-party system before arrival:



* **1-night stays:** A $250 refundable security deposit is required. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released after a successful post-checkout inspection.

* **Stays of 2 nights or more:** Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (up to a maximum of $100). The waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



**Check-Out Information**

Check-out time is **10:00 AM**. Our housekeeping team is scheduled to arrive promptly to prepare the home for incoming guests. Late departures can disrupt cleaning schedules and future reservations and may result in additional charges of up to **$300**.



**Starter Supplies**

As a self-catering vacation home, we provide a starter supply of essentials but do not replenish items during your stay. Upon arrival, you will find:



* Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom

* Laundry detergent pods for up to two loads

* Paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and a kitchen sponge

* Coffee maker (coffee not provided)

* Salt, pepper, and cooking oil
