Onsite amenities, including 14 heated outdoor pools, Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball courts and the award-winning Drafts Sports Bar & Grill. Ship-Wreck Island on site brand new water park strictly open for guests only at a small fee per person per day

Short getaway

Great loacation

Great location. Nice room. Struggled with the stove a little. I could not get it to cook, only boil water. Maybe user error? Great pool and water park on location. Overall, loved the resort. Everyone was very nice.

Stay at Westgate and Disney vacation

The property was very quiet which was nice we were able to use Lyft to get to the theme parks which made it very easy only like a 10min drive from the property. Traffic was crazy but to be expected as how close it was to the parks

Anniversary trip

We had the best anniversary stay at the villa, the room and resort both exceeded mine and my husband's expectations. Unfortunately the primary pool an waterpark were being serviced at the time, an were unusable but it was still a wonderful stay that was conveniently located near both shopping and restaurants, we will definitely be back

We had a good stay. Check in was a bit crazy. They could have mentioned a few things like key card can be used to access gate instead waiting on security. Also not each unit has a washer and dryer. They did have on 4th floor though. I was deceived has pictures online of rental has washer and dryer in it. Everything else was ok

The property was clean they had nice amenities. The dryer in our room wasn't working. Want to back-to-front desk? Was told to go to a different section for a new dryer. That section was closed how to call security. Had food at a Spanish restaurant on-site. How to give back the food it wasn't cooked

Geriatric resort

Overall it was a nice place it just closed down at 11 and didn’t open til 10. There is no night life and it just seemed kinda dull if your not over 50 with kids

Perfect location

Was in town for cheer comp - within 15-20 min drive to everything, great location. My only complaint is the room floors are dirty my daughters feet were black walking barefoot inside, the shower had hair on the wall from previous guest. Overall property was well kept but the cleaning crew definitely needs to pay more attention to detail. I would stay here again, but would request a cleaning crew if It happened again we were so busy in and out no time to complain.

Everything about this property was perfect. Great location to Disneyworld. There is a Walmart within walking distance if you need groceries. The room was clean and updated. The property was beautiful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Volleyball Tournament Stay

This was a quick weekend trip for a volleyball tournament. The location was great due to the proximity of the venue and attractions during downtime. The property/resort had tons of fun activities for the kids and we loved it!

The resort gave us an upgraded room in one of the newer buildings with a beautiful view. The shower was my favorite, that waterfall feature was wonderful.

The cleanliness was excellent, check in was very easy. The staff were very friendly & polite. Location was perfect for Disney & Universal Studios. Besides the room switch because of the family in the side A who had control of the thermostat and would not turn on the A/C. The stay was great and would highly recommend the resort for others.

Location, Location, Location

This unit was actually more updated than the picture on vrbo. It was clean and met all of our needs. It was also nice to have restaurants on site and not have to fight the Disney crowd if we didn’t want to. Location was amazing with a 10-15 minute drive to the parks and other attractions. It is also directly across from a Walmart which was great for things we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend the property.
