Welcome to our lovely Condo in Vista Cay recently Fully renovated (04/01/2024), without a doubt the best location in all Orlando! Sleeping 12 comfortably. 2 bathrooms makes this a great space to share with colleagues or friends. It's hard to find luxury of this caliber at these prices. Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible.



The Space:

The living area is light and bright with hardwood flooring throughout. The open plan living floor has a comfy seating area, 75" smart TV and flows seamlessly into the well equipped kitchen, so the cook can chat with guests at a comfortable dining area for 12. while preparing a quick snack or gourmet meal,

BED & BATH There are 4 bedrooms, all with TVs, ceiling fans. You will find the principle Master Ensuite King bedroom with super comfy mattress and top quality linens, Also a 2nd bedroom with 2 double Bed, 3rd bedroom with 1 King bed, 4th Bonus Room with 2 Queen bed and you will find full size laundry machines here, so you can pack light and take advantage of the world class outlet malls just a few minutes away



The Neighborhood:

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, walking distance to the Orlando Convention Center and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Just 10 minutes to world class shopping at Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets. Fast food to 5-star dining is also within minutes on International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Melo's Barber Shop, and several restaurants.

This condo is stunning. Beautifully decorated, super clean and ample supplies provided for the few days we stayed there. Comfortable beds and awesome showers. Close to the Universal parks and the airport
.roughly 20 minutes for both. Not the owner’s fault, but you can hear the residents walking above. Not very bothersome for us but mentioning it in case that is an issue for others. The iron did not work, but I mentioned it to the owner so I assume it has or will be replaced. Highly recommend.

Corporate Stay for Convention

We had a group of 6 of us stay for a few nights for a corporate conference down the street. The property worked great for this purpose. We would rent this same place again in the future.

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful. We had 9 people for the weekend (there was supposed to be 11 but 2 had to cancel) which was great that we could all be accommodated in the unit. However, we were left with just 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher pods, 1/2 roll of toilet paper on the roll in the bathroom with 1/4 roll left on the back of the toilet tank. In the master bath, we had 2 rolls. A suggestion for the future, for a unit that can accommodate up to 12 people, it would be a good idea to leave more garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and toilet paper. There is an ironing board but no iron. It would be useful to have a book with instructions for check out. I didn’t have any information whether we should strip the beds or not. We did start the dishwasher & took out the garbage. I tried to contact the host and never got an answer and there were no instructions on the listing. I will say that we got to the area early & I contacted the host to see if we could get an early check in and he did allow us in the unit 2 hours early which we appreciated very much. All in all, just a few suggestions but a very nice stay. I would definitely recommend this unit.
