Town Center Reserve - Superior Disney Villa with Lake View, free WiFI & Netflix

Located close to Walt Disney World, you will find this superb villa with a private pool and lake view in a peaceful gated community within a beautiful conservation area. Only minutes from I-4 this is a perfect place to stay while visiting the many attractions Orlando has to offer. Free good quality Wi-Fi, Netflix and Cable TV are available for your entertainment, together with a games room equipped with an X-Box and table football.
The gates to the Disney parks are just 11 miles away. For beach lovers, the fabulous Gulf or Atlantic coast beaches are an easy 90 minute drive. Golfers have a great selection of courses nearby, including Reunion and Champions Gate Resort which offers two Greg Norman designed golf courses.
Layout: The main entrance of the villa leads directly into the open-plan space. In the lounge there is a large comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing on after long days out! The dining area has French windows overlooking the pool and lake. Next to the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer.
Both Master suites are at the rear of the villa. The comfortable beds have Queen Size memory foam mattresses, walk-in wardrobes and direct access onto the pool area. The two twin bedrooms are located at the front of the property, with a shared family bathroom. All the bedrooms are all carpeted.
The rear patio has a great pool (with optional heating if required) and a beautiful lake view, with a table and chairs and sun loungers for topping up the tan. The pool allows for sun all morning and early afternoon, only disappearing in the late afternoon, allowing the area to cool nicely for evening dining outside. The pool can be made completely safe with an easy to erect safety net.
Near to the villa are a number of amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, gym, chemist and takeaway food venues.
Disney area attractions: Close to all the Disney parks and the beautifully relaxed and characterful town of Celebration. Other attractions like Sea World and Universal Studios are also an easy drive away. There is also great shopping to be found on International Drive, or at the various malls.
Eating out: There is a great selection of restaurants nearby - Millers Ale House at Champions Gate, Ovation at Deer Creek, or Texas Roadhouse on 192 are three of our favourites!

Please note: Our friendly and professional property manager lives nearby and is available should you need any help during your stay. Pool heat is available if required. The cost for this is $25 a day.
A cleaning charge of $155 is applied to all bookings to help ensure our home is as safe as possible for our guests.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa — it truly felt like a home from home.Ian was fantastic from start to finish. He replied promptly to any questions we had before we travelled and checked in to make sure everything was OK whilst we were there, which was really appreciated.The location worked well for us. Traffic was typically around 45 minutes to an hour to the SeaWorld parks and about 30 minutes to Disney, depending on the time of day.The villa itself was very clean and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The kids absolutely loved the pool.We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this villa and would happily recommend it to others.

Friendly host. Shower floors were non-slip, which we appreciated. It was quiet. There are no curtains on the windows only blinds, but it was dark enough through the night and since we were going to theme parks, we were getting up early anyway. The location seemed safe, people walking their dogs and kids playing outside. Husband slept great on the foam beds, I slept horrible but I’m more of a mattress and box springs kind of gal.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at the villa. It was in a great location for food shopping and access to major travel routes. The community had a gated entrance system and was very safe and quiet. There was plenty of space for all of us and we got to enjoy the heated pool as well. The rooms were spacy and comfy and the best part was the host communications. All of our questions were answered within minutes. Thanks for a great villa !!

This house is perfect for a family. The dual mater suites are an awesome feature and living space is open which allows for everyone to spend time together. For added fun is the enclosed pool which is great for sore muscles after a long day at Disney.

Holiday of a lifetime

This property was a brilliant base for our trips to Disney and Universal, in a great easily accessible location close to the I4 but also with a direct road almost straight up to Disney. It was also perfect for unwinding after a long day in the parks, our kids loved having the pool to come back to after a long hot day! Lots of supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways in very close proximity with lots of home comforts in the villa.The communication with the owners was great in the lead up and they were very helpful.We would definitely come back here if we can return to Orlando.

Winter Escape

Very nice property in a safe, gated community. The pool was lovely with a nice view of the wildlife in and around the pond. Peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The owners and property managers were very swift in dealing with any issues that came up as well, so that support is very valuable. Thanks to Ian & Alison as well as Ted & Gillian for everything.

Great place, grate location, but need a good cleaning

The location and area of the house is great. 4 room, 3 bath room is very good and the pool was heated for us. You can see by a clear day the rocket lunch from the house.We add all the tool in the kitchen to prepaire all the food. The down side: The house need a good cleaning. The celing fan are not clean, when we started them dust was falling from it. The carpets need also a good cleaning, found somme food on it, some staine also. Nothing a good cleaning could not correct. Somme insects were found also in the house.If the house get a good cleaning i would rent it again other wise no.

Great layout for a large family along with space outdoors with the pool. Plenty of space for a family of six. The owners communicated back very quickly to any questions. A roll of paper towels, hand and dish soap would have been a nice touch. Gated community that was clean and quiet. Thank you.

Second Stay

Our second stay here at the villa. As per before outstanding communication with villa owner at all times. Wonderful location, you can avoid the busy I4 to get nearly everywhere from here. Restaurants and groceries literally a 4 minute drive away. All spotless and nice! I shall look forward to yet another stay in the future.

We had an amazing time here! We really enjoyed the pool! The house was extremely clean. The host was always quick to reply and extremely helpful and accommodating! The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Very close to stores and things to do. We were stuck here during hurricane milton and needed to extend our stay due to the airports being closed and the host was extremely u derstanding and helpful during that process! Cant wait to come back again soon!

Wir waren jetzt in Juli 2024 dort. Ein wunderschönes Haus, alles was man zum Urlaub machen braucht, ist vorhanden. 2 große Elternschlafzimmer mit je einem eigenen Bad und begehbaren Kleiderschrank und zwei Kinderzimmer mit einem separaten Bad. Der Pool ist wohl temperiert und von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe echt ausreichend. Alles in allem, ein gelungener Urlaub. Selbst die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, absolut top. Uns ging ein Wasserhahn kaputt, wurde auch sofort repariert. Wenn wir wieder fliegen, dann dort

We had a great 2 week stay here in July. Lovely, clean, spacious, and well equiped villa, and the hosts were very friendly and very responsive. Great location for Disney, a bit further for Universal etc.

This place is a GEM!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Super clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to every park. Grocery store and liquor store less than a 2 minute drive. Ian was very helpful and attentive. Our kids loved the pool. If you are like us and DO NOT want to stay on property and deal with overcrowded pools this is literally the way to go. Our stay was absolutely perfect. Trust me, you will not regret booking with Ian.

We absolutely loved this place it is so nice, clean, quiet and a good distance to universal, the host was amazing very attentive and responsive in a very timely manner, we enjoyed the pool and just hanging out with our family after a long day at universal! Great House with a "homie" feel

We highly enjoyed our stay here! It is located in a quiet gated neighborhood which made us feel great about the safety of the area. The house was way bigger inside than I expected when we first pulled up! Our youngest wanted to sleep in the same room as our 13 year old, so we didn't even get to use the 4th bedroom. We loved the 3 separate bathrooms (which with 2 teenagers is a must!). The pool was extra clean and we had alot of fun in this area. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware and glassware and cups. The AC kept the house nice and cool. There were a few minor maintenance issues (handles on closets were a little loose, a few small stains on the master bedroom carpet, etc.) but absolutely nothing that detracted from our stay. It made it truly feel like we were staying in someones home and not their exclusive vacation rental. We visited Disney for one day and Disney Springs another and felt that the drive time to both was great, so overall we felt it was a great location. The hosts were great at communicating early and often, though we didn't have a need to reach out during our stay, I was very happy with the info provided ahead of time, and their very reasonable clean up expectations. A lot of hosts may as well not hire a cleaning crew after your stay with the amount of cleaning they require before you leave, but that's not the case with Ian/Alison! We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Orlando!

Perfect Location

We loved the property. It perfectly suited two families. The two master suites were a pleasant surprise and the pool was used every night to relax. Stores and food nearby. Disney and Universal were a quick drive away. We will be back and recommend to others.
