We arrived at MCO on an early morning flight, got our rental car and drove to hotel to let them know we were there, for whenever our room was available. We had booked a 2 Bedroom Suite for 6 nights over Thanksgiving week. The woman at the front desk checked and said nothing was ready yet but said she would start a “waitlist”. She wrote my name and # on a post-it and said someone would call me when a room was ready. We left and spent the day at Disney Springs. Around 7:30 pm, after dinner, with no call all day, we headed back to hotel. I mentioned we had stopped by that morning and was told someone would call but we never heard anything, so I was hoping we had a room by then. There was no apology or reason for not getting a call, but we were given room. The next morning, no hot water in the shower. I figured it was a one time thing, maybe we got up too late and the hot water had run out. We all took quick cold showers. I stopped by front desk on our way out and mentioned it. I was told someone would be sent up to take a look. I never heard anything, and we got back late that night and just went back to the room. The next morning, again, no hot water. Quick cold showers again. Stopped by the front desk again on the way out. The woman there this day apologized and said it was known there was an issue with the hot water in this room. So I don’t understand why we were given this room in the first place. She gave us another room and she said she was sending someone up

The room was adequate but the layout was a little odd. The breakfast was good for a couple days but definitely tiresome after a week with all the same options. Our room never had hot water, barely lukewarm.

We were initially told that our reservation was not there, then they found it. However the reservation was shorted by one night. Then we were given a room with the A/C torn down literally and beds unmade. We were told there were no other rooms but then given another room. We asked twice for rooms to be cleaned, beds maid, but instead they just brought towels and sheets. We were overcharged $300 on the 1st night and on the 2nd day, we were called to the office to provide a 2nd form of payment because their daily charges were not going through (even though the hotel placed a $900 hold on my account.
