Great news! The Reef Club at Windsor Cay Resort is now officially open! All guests staying at Windsor Cay should now use the brand-new amenities at The Reef Club, located right within the community. Windsor Island Resort amenities are no longer needed—everything you need is now on-site!

While public transportation is limited, car rentals or ride-sharing are recommended for flexibility.



Windsor Island Resort may also offer shuttle services to nearby attractions—be sure to check with the front desk for availability.

Major destinations are just a short drive away:

• Walt Disney World Resort: Approximately 9 miles

• Universal Studios Florida: Approximately 22 miles

• SeaWorld Orlando: Approximately 18 miles

• Orlando International Airport (MCO): Approximately 30 miles



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



• To access the resort, all adult guests (18+) must be registered in advance. The HOA office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, so please provide names as soon as possible for a smooth check-in process.



• Pool maintenance is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. Technicians will briefly access the pool area only. Thank you for your understanding.



Community & Resort Information – Windsor Cay



• Windsor Cay is a newly developed community and is now fully open, including all resort amenities.



• The home is fully prepared and stocked for your stay, while minor finishing touches may still be ongoing in the surrounding area.



• Guests have full access to the brand-new Windsor Cay Resort amenities during their stay.



• The community and resort facilities are open and welcoming guests for a complete vacation experience.

• BBQ propane tank: USD 69 one-time charge (please request in advance)

• Pool heating: USD 35/night (2-night minimum, 24-hour notice required)

• Pack ’n play: USD 39 one-time fee

• Highchair: USD 29 one-time fee

• Mid-stay cleaning (for stays over 3 nights): available for an additional fee, must be booked in advance



House Rules



No parties, events, or smoking/vaping. Violations may result in a USD 150 fine and/or forfeiture of deposit.

Check-out is on time. Late departures will incur a USD 150 fee per hour.

Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees. Please leave the home tidy.

No pets allowed (except service animals). Unauthorized pets may result in fines and/or deposit forfeiture.

Pool use is at your own risk. Please follow all safety guidelines.

Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.



• Violations of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate removal without refund.
