Staff was super friendly and helpful and loved the convenience of being able to communicate with them by text. FREE shuttle to and from Universal saved us a bundle and was so convenient. Pool was perfect. Our 2 bedroom family suite was just perfect and the ability to cook and eat in our room is so beneficial. We only ate out once a day and had food in the room for the other two meals a day. Kids were disappointed that Bball court was closed due to renovations but they want to go back- as do I!

Nearly perfect

Overall a great place to stay, would do so again, but I'll include some of the nitty gritty to be totally honest. First of all we booked it partly because it has a shuttle to universal and has two bathrooms for our group of 6. But the shuttle has only one leave time 9:30am and one return time 6:30pm which didn't work for us. We had a suite, the marble throughout was really nice. The main bathroom had a toilet/shower area separated by a door to the sinks so it was easier for multiple people to get ready.The beds were comfy, it had laundry in the room, the kitchen had almost everything you could need but the knives were truly terrible-dangerously dull- and there was no baking sheet which would have been helpful as well as a couple of larger serving bowls. There were sugar ants the morning after so be careful if ANYTHING is left out. We were up on the 7th floor. They don't do housekeeping for a suite but it took me a few days to realize there was a broom in the room. Better knives and no ants would have made this place impeccable.

Close to universal studios and convenient

We have discovered a big hole in the mattress but were moved to a different room. We appreciate the response time on this. All rooms that are not a timeshare have a road view and a construction site. Ask for a room on the higher floor. tress and had no WiFi thru most of our stay.

The 2-bed suite is good sized. However, the wait for elevator was extensive. Also, the on-site resaurant offers very limited options. On the good side, parking is easy and this place is close to Universal.

Wanted a hotel close to Universal studios. Was very convenient when wanting to take rest during the day. The hotel room was very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom in the main bedroom was a little small. The beds were comfortable. The full kitchen was also a plus. The grill was only open until 3 pm. Breakfast wrap was delicious and if you need your coffee fix in the morning it is very convenient.

The property was great. I was told by the front Dess customer service person that I can check out late that they don’t have a late check out when I look online I see they do have late check out. The property was nice to stay on but the service and accommodation of staff was very difficult. We didn’t have enough towels and when requested we were told they were out and gave us pool towels reeked of chlorine. The front desk was very difficult with our requests. The location of the place and convenience was why we picked this place. Overall a good stay.
