Other things to note:
- Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

- Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

- A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you with more information for setup.

- Please note that the Windsor Island registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

- Streaming services available with guests` own account(s)

- As per Windsor Island Resort policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle, including names of all adults over 18 in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities. All guests` names need to be registered in the gate system.

- Please do not exceed the guest max occupancy of 14 at all times. Must be at least 25 years of age to book this home.

HOUSE RULES

- Photo ID will be required upon check-in at guardhouse front gate

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

- Kindly bring kitchen condiments if you plan to cook

- Please note Windsor Island is a brand new resort and you may see or hear construction nearby.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
