As someone who relies on other people's reviews to make my plans, I feel obligated to give back. This is an honest review. We are not friends or related to the owners and actually stayed there for 1 week.This is a top notch condo in a fabulous resort. I'd give it a 9.8We've stayed at Windsor Hills many times, and this was by far the best condo we've stayed in.It's located on the third floor facing the pool. Parking was no problem. The resort is great and all employees were terrific. Just a word of warning, the pool area plays music all day and had a DJ on the weekend. So we could hear that in the condo. Not a problem for us. So if you want daytime quiet, pick a condo way away from the pool. My most important things in a hotel/condo are:Cleanliness, comfy beds and good showers. The condo was very clean, amazingly stocked with everything you could need. And well decorated with big comfy living room furniture. The beds were really comfy- soft but not too soft.Showers were just OK. I REALLY appreciate a hand held shower head, and they had one. But the water pressure is really low, and the hand held didn't have any adjustments for spray- a must if you have low water pressure. For under 100 the owners could make this condo a 10/10 But, compared to hotels and other condos, it's what you'd expect. I also appreciated the safe in the master closet. That was a nice touch. Really, the owners have a ton of "nice touches" throughout that makes this a fabulous place.
