We have now stayed here 3x. Every time it gets a little worse… and we prob won’t be back. This time the rooms AC was not on when we walked in from check in, it was humid and smelled terribly stale and damp. The air did help the dampness but smell never dissipated.

Pool area and tiki area was clean, good food, friendly staff. Check in was efficientvand friendly. The hotel is showing its age. Rooms and libby were fresh, but elevators, outdoor walkways need a refresh. Grounds were great.

One of my go-to hotels in Disney Springs

The wait to check-in was long. There was only me in line and 3 people at the front desk. So, I’m not sure what was going on. When I was able to finally check-in, I was given my room key packet without my room key, so I had to walk all the way back to the front desk to get my room key which was a bit unnerving. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I’ve stayed at this property on numerous occasions and have never stayed on the first floor facing the parking lot which was new to me. I would have preferred to be on another floor as I’m a single female traveling alone, but I didn’t ask to move. Next time perhaps. But, this was a rather quick stay for me.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay when going to Disney!!! The staff are so welcoming and warm and the lobby is cozy and has the Disney spirit. There’s great amenities like a pool, arcade and short walk to Disney Springs. My room was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again and have loved my experience with Wyndham hotels so far!!
