Lobby was amazing, room was nice, spacious and quiet. The only complaint I have was that after a long day of travel, when I was done checking in the desk person told me I could go over to another desk and pick up a welcome package. I was very tired so I decided to try to head to my room. A staff member stopped me and tried to make me go over there. I didn't realize that it was mandatory. The person at the front desk made it sound optional. We are in the area all of the time. If we don't stay at this hotel again, this would be the reason why.

Clean rooms, very nice rooms, staff was wonderful, helpful, and valet was funny, loved the shuttle to Disney, saves us at least $60 a day not having to uber, literally a 5 minute walk to Disney Springs.
