I’ve stayed here 8-10 times now. I always have a good experience. Staff hurry to help you for the most part. Unlike most if not all Disney resorts the cast members tend to disappear when they see you looking for help. This resort offers all the benefits of a Disney resort with out the price tag of a Disney Resort. Yes there are one off situations that have occurred but overall it’s a 10/10 for me.

Stayed here for the Disney Springtime Surprise race weekend. Disney Springs is right across the street to pickup Disney buses. Was able to walk to Saratoga Springs to catch the shuttle back from the race. Hotel setup ride share for transportation to the the start- extremely thankful!

If you are wanting a quick disney shoping and park getaway This is your place!! It is a 8 minute walk to disney springs and they have a bus transportation service for around $6 to get you to and from disney parks. I absolutely recommend this hotel..

Everything was fantastic other than the pools not being heated. Over night the temperatures were in the 50s so the pool during the day was freezing, to the point my wife wasnt comfortable getting in at all. In any case we love this hotel, been there 3 times and will come back again

It looks like they are in the middle of renovating some rooms. Ours was exceptionally nice. Disney Springs is an easy walk away with plenty of food options. The bar was packed when we walked by, so we didn’t stop.

Wonderful stay

For the price point this hotel has everything you need and more. The rooms in the tower have been newly refreshed and were spacious. The complimentary bus service was easy to use and the walk to Disney Springs was easy. The pool area is lovely, plenty of chairs and very large pool.

If you like Disney Springs - this is your place!

We always look forward to our stay at Wyndham Lake Buena Vista. The hotel is easily accessible, close to Disney Parks and especially Disney Springs. Has transportation to the parks. Perks include extra hours at parks as well. The mini-cafe/market has many choices for all ages. The pool and Oasis Pool Cafe are also very well maintained.
