close to all kinds of transportation: taxis, trains subways, shinkansen. close to all the major Osaka attractions. Castle, temples, Dotonbori, Umeda Tower, temples, etc. can't get bored even when it's raining and very affordable. Maybe not for kids. I was solo. Close to many tours around Kansai area. Great for day trips even to Kyoto, Himeji, Kobe, Kanazawa, Nara using APA as a home base. Even has a sento.

Close to two different subways, one of the subway you have to walk about 10mins ish to get to the closest station but still quite convenient. The room I was in was quite smaller than what I imagine but it was good for just one person. Overall a reasonable stay. P.S. the check in is quite slow as you have to check in with the computer.

The room I had was small but comfortable. A small window with a nice view of the river too. There’s also the Japanese bidet. They also provide a yutaka if you want to visit the public bath A quiet area with not many shops around. You do have 2 convenience shops, 1 drugstore and 1 24hr Japanese eatery chain just a few steps away. There are other options too. Higobashi Station entrance is under the hotel so you’re only a few stops from Namba Station. Nothing much to complain about to be honest and considering the price it’s more comfortable than capsule hotels and better security too. Check in and out was easy and simple. Will certainly come back

The hotel and staff are great in a great location. The room was too small for two persons unless for one or two nights. Do not miss the rooftop restaurant! Amazing views and food.

Osaka is wonderful but this hotel was not. Found a used bandaid in our hotel room (not ours) and the room was dusty. Layout was also not optimal for the tiny space it provided. The worst part was the laundry facility. Their combo washer dryers DO NOT dry and the 4 units they have is not enough for the hotel’s population. Folks were waiting HOURS into the night to return to their rooms with sopping wet clothes despite dropping hundreds of yen on extra dry cycles (I ran 6!). The front desk’s solution was to “use more machines” which would screw over more people down the road. No thank you and won’t be coming back
