"The hotel was very dirty, the halls, carpet, etc. Once we got to our room, again dirty floors, shower had hair all over in it, and the toilet was filthy with dried urine seat and hair in the bowl. Not a great experience."

"I never had my room cleaned the entire stay, the 3rd day I had requested multiple times to have my room cleaned no answers no sheets. It was not until 11pm when I came back from an excursion that I went down to speak with the night crew was things changed. Provided an upgraded room (that room also was never cleaned once lol). I was told I would be a oriority once I mentioned the bugs and new sheets no answer."
