I had an amazing experience at Hotel Isola Sacra. The staff courtesy, the spotless room, the comfy bed, the nice restaurant with a great service, the breakfast and the airport shuttle. Everything was perfect and I'll stay there again in the future for sure!

Breakfast was absolutely fabulous! Lots of options, super fresh, super tasty, super clean! Its a must go hotel, and the shuttle bus was incredibly on time exactly 7 minutes from the airport.

The hotel has a beautiful lobby, extremely helpful staff and large rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. I was very impressed with this hotel.

The room was very disappointing. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt old. The air conditioning did not work, and the hotel explained that the thermostat is centrally controlled during winter, which made the room uncomfortably hot. The room was also not properly cleaned. The only positive part of the stay was the restaurant. Overall, not worth the price, even at a low rate.

Dinner at the restaurant was horrible. Every plate was cold but should have been hot. The room’s shower was not useable because the hot water was scalding hot & you could not get any cold water from the taps to neutralize the temperature. Pre-arranged shuttle pick up (from airport) never arrived after 2 hr wait.
