Doors were locked when I arrived. I had called ahead to say that I would be arriving later. Sat on hold for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come and open the door. All the clocks in the room were 15 minutes fast. The room was clean and the check out process was easy. Friendly couple at the counter in the morning.

It was easy to find and the staff were friendly. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were poor and, sadly, there was no easy way to remedy this on a one night stay. Breakfast food was quite ordinary, with rather stale baked goods, but it did the trick. Seems like the place is owned or operated by someone who is quite religious??

What a great stay! Great service and very clean! They even have mand up remover serviettes! It felt like we were the only ones in the hotel, it was so quiet and the beds are freaky comfortable! Definitely recommend this place and i will be returning 👍

From walking in, the feeling was calm, clean and welcoming. I have been to many destinations but the staff at Adams Inn Airport were exceptional. Rooms are ample and well allocated. I appreciated the greeting, and the accommodations, but the breakfast was next level! Great way to end an evening and even better way to wake up. Great job!

The Staff were always courteous and polite. Breakfast was excellently prepared for the Patrons and there was always a good assortment. Rooms are always kept extremely clean. I would assess the Adams Inn as a 4 accommodation and would recommend this location for anyone wishing to stay in Ottawa. I will be heading back again in May for another stay.
