Room was dirty , stains on walls and beddding, floor had used band aids, lights over bed had wirring hanging out and ripped, bath tub drain was just laying in tub, door into room wouldnt open fully, charger plugs didnt work , the lamps in room had cut wires, the chair had knife stab marks in it

It is conveniently located but expensive hotel. Staff was friendly. Just had 2 complementary coffees for 4 guests. Would have given 5 Stars, if breakfast was included.

My partner cut herself on a part of a bed frame sticking out that was very sharp. Had to get bandages at front desk. None of the electrical plugs would accept apple charger plugs except in bathroom. Very inconvenient! Fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Staff manager was helpful in trying to temporarily fix bed frame. Room was comfortable and clean.

Not a great place.

Definitely not good. Scary part of downtown, no lobby, filthy carpets, very poor hotel wi-fi. There were three sets of stairs to navigate to our room with heavy luggage. they had a Keurig machine in the room, but said they had run out of pods, so we went out and bought some only to find out the machine was inoperable. on a positive note, the bed and bathroom looked clean and the front desk staff were friendly although they knew nothing about the area. Would definitely not stay here again.

Room wasn’t clean when i checked in, complained about it and room wasn’t cleaned the next day. Garbage bags were left in the hallway. Sockets too loose in room to be able to charge devices. All in all, very disappointing

Some of the staffs aren’t friendly, the room does not look clean esp the BR, asked for a towel replacement as I dropped my towel in the the BR floor and they have no replacement till the next day. Fridge isn’t working and even told them but didn’t do anything.👎

I had horrible experience in this hotel, stayed one night and left. The non smoking room had awful smell, was stinky with dirty carpet. AC was very old and smelly as well. I would never recommend this hotel. The worst experience ever. Hotel stuff was rude especially frond desk worker Angel and hotel manager, who are instead of apologising for awful room condition started to argue. I cancelled my stay for 4 more night and left.

This property is a rent by the hour hotel. We checked in and went to our room where we were met with a strong smell of cat urine, an electrical outlet that was not properly covered, dirty socks in the hall way and when I spoke to the front desk and said I did not feel safe staying at this hotel they refused me a refund. I tried to speak to Expedia who will not do anything to resolve this issue. They are perfectly happy to allow slum hotels like this to use there platform and take no responsibility when faced with unsafe conditions. Photos below but obviously can’t capture the smell.
