Yusuf at check-in was excellent. He was so helpful, polite and made us feel relaxed after a hard hectic day traveling. He made it so we want to come back next year when we return to Ottawa.

The location of the hotel is excellent if you want to be close enough to the main activities, but also want somewhere a little quieter. Due to location of the room within the hotel, there was very little natural light, and only one tiny window in the whole suite was able to be opened. The air con didn’t work, so the room was uncomfortably hot- the hotel are obviously already aware of this as there was a fan in the room.

It was ok

It was 30 degrees all weekend and we had no air conditioning - mind you it was October but still - not ideal and sleeping was very warm. Also would be nice if they gave some water bottles in the room.

The room itself was good. Large. The old threadbare rugs in the rest of the hotel are your first clue that the hotel is in need of a major face lift.
