Everything was wonderful, staff was great . But em 215 did not have black out curtains . So at night people could see in with the light on and light from outside would come in . Not sure if that's every room or something was just off , but that was the only flaw . Great property otherwise

The hotel was great and the few interactions we had with the staff were fine. My only complaint was noisy neighbours (footsteps above sounded thunderous) and because our room was at the front of the hotel, some noisy traffic and exhaust sounds early in the morning and late at night.

This hotel was perfect for a visit to Ottawa….close to highway into the City but also surrounded by restaurants, shopping and green space. It’s only 5 years old and is bright and clean and full of light…..really good buffet breakfast. Can’t wait to stay again!

Bathroom door didn't lock. Only one sofa chair - was hard as a rock and no table next to it to place a coffee cup. Paid for upgrade but all we got extra was 6x5' area of unusable space. We had it booked for 5 nights, as soon as we arrived (4pm check in), we decided room was not what we thought, went down to cancel the remaining 4 nights and were told since it was past 4pm, we had to stay for the 1st and 2nd night. Your policy forces customers to have to stay and pay for extra night.
