Find a cheap Hotel in Palm Beach

"The stuff is very friendly and polite which is a big plus. The resort is on the beach so location is very nice. The beach and water are excellent. The downside is the beach setup - there are very few umbrellas on the beach, for shade. The rest are palm trees. The scarcity of the places in the shade requires people that need shade on the beach - and who doesn't? - to be on the beach latest by 6.30, guarding a palm tree where they want to have beach chairs setup. It is beyond ridiculous! Also we had to move the chairs according to the sun position to maintain shade. The buffet food is mediocre but they have enough fresh veggies and fruits to make up for it."

"Great location. Shuttle takes you to Moomba beach. 3 mins away. Make sure to get to the beach early to reserve an umbrella and chairs. Was told by the hotel staff to have resort towels to reserve chairs. Beautiful Infiniti pool. Gym was nice. Restaurant on 3rd floor was great for bfast. 32 dollars all you can eat."

"Room smelled like a waste line vent. They have to fix that. Staff wasn’t as friendly like last year. Might go back to the Hyatt worth the extra money. Also the room door you can hear everything from the room "

"We originally booked at Riu Palace Aruba – All Inclusive, but were moved to Barcelo Aruba due to renovations — with no price adjustment, despite a glaring downgrade in quality. We traveled as a large family with three separate rooms, and the issues were consistent across all of them. The rooms lacked essentials you'd expect at a 3-star hotel — no hair conditioner, no body lotion, and showers clearly not cleaned daily. Multiple requests to replenish the shower gel dispenser went ignored. Our children reported identical conditions and virtually nonexistent service in their rooms. My son's room phone didn't work. Despite acknowledging the issue and promising a replacement, it was never fixed. Paint was visibly peeling off hallway ceilings — clear signs of neglected upkeep that contradict the hotel's rating. Beach umbrellas were severely insufficient, forcing us to wake up at 4:30 AM to secure shade and chairs — an artificial problem not seen at neighboring hotels and easily fixable. The towel policy was equally frustrating: service was listed until 6 PM, yet staff refused to hand out towels after 5 PM, while the pool and beach remained open and in use. For an all-inclusive resort, the food quality, variety, and dietary options were disappointing and well below what the hotel's rating and price suggest. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience for a large amount of money — consistent across our entire family. "
