Was fine for a night, pool and hot tub were uneventful, the hot tub jets didn’t really work and due to wind, the pool was dirty, some of which should have been cleaned by staff ( like trash , I understand that leaves etc are in due to wind). Otherwise staff was nice, rooms were clean.

Romantic Getaway

My spouse and I have a little tradition—every other week, we pick a new spot for a quick escape and give it a thorough, honest review. This time, we found a hidden gem. The room was newly renovated—clean and modern, though nothing too remarkable. At first, we weren’t sure it would stand out. Then we saw the private indoor pool—and everything changed. It’s directly connected to the room, large, warm, and crystal clear. We spent most of our time there. It felt peaceful, romantic, and completely private—something you rarely find. There’s a poolside TV that only plays DVDs. The front desk has a few to borrow, but the selection was outdated and limited. Staff seemed stretched thin, and we caught them in what felt like a stressful moment—not exactly the welcome we hoped for. We also noticed the walls were thin—footsteps and noise from upstairs guests were easy to hear. But later that night, we walked the property and the atmosphere shifted. It was calm, quiet, and full of cozy corners to sit, talk, and reconnect. Despite a few flaws, this place made a lasting impression. The private pool alone makes it worth a return trip—and we definitely plan to come back.

Decent hotel for the price if you get a discount. Online photos are deceptive. Hotel needs a little TLC. Customer service is lacking. Not close to downtown. The private pool in room was nice.

The update on the hotel was nice, great for the price. The bed wasn’t made the under sheet was just placed on top so we had to make the bed. Parking in the back wasn’t convenient

The staff was great, near Vons, McDonald's,Del Taco, Subway, Grocey Bargain Outlet and a Starbucks. The hotel is clean and the room was clean too.

overall we like this location. rooms are clean and seem recently updated. the only thing was no staff monitoring the pool and some guests were eating in the pool.

We opted for the soleil suite with the jacuzzi. It was amazing. Definitely recommend. Also while when we got there, the temperature was probably 101 in the Jacuzzi. We wanted it a little bit cooler since it was 106 outside and we called the front desk within minutes. They adjusted the temperature for us from the outside of the of the room later in the evening we wanted it warmer again and they adjusted it again for us staff is excellent very responsive. Definitely recommend this place.
