The Space:
Welcome to this completely renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, near the Eiffel Tower! Perfectly arranged, it can accommodate up to five travelers.
The apartment includes:
âą A living space: living room with sofa bed for 2 people, convertible armchair for 1 person, Smart TV, storage and high-speed Wi-Fi access.
âą An equipped kitchen: hotplates, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.
âą A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.
âą A sleeping area: double bed (140x200 cm) with extremely comfortable new bedding and storage.
âą A bathroom: shower and toilet, washing machine, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.
Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): Hop onto the RER B train towards Robinson/St-RĂ©my-lĂšs-Chevreuse and get off at Denfert-Rochereau. Then, transfer to Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge and alight at Montparnasse-BienvenĂŒe. Our property is a leisurely 5-minute walk from there.
Orly Airport (ORY): Take the Orlyval light metro to Antony station. From there, switch to the RER B train towards Charles de Gaulle Airport and follow the same route mentioned above.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: âŹ90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: âŹ450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

Avoid using internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. No browsing of websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any internet malfunctions from telecom operators aren't our responsibility and won't lead to compensation.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
