It would have been nice to cast from my phone to the TV or to have a little fridge I could use.

Not sound proof and no good heating.

The only issues I had where that the rooms were not soundproof at all - therefore I could hear everything the other 2-3 rooms where doing around me - even when they were having 'fun'. The other issue was the air-conditioning. I put it on 23 degrees as outside was minus 4 degrees. But it emits heat for like 1 minute every 15 minutes. This hotel is nothing less than a complete 5 Star property. We arrived in Paris on a late train and checked into the hotel at around 10:30 PM. Being unfamiliar with Europe hotel customs I mistakenly booked a room for 2 people (2 adults and 1 child as per American standards). The European hotels require all people regardless of age. Nonetheless, the hotel graciously put us in a larger room at no additional costs. OMG what a beautiful artistic classics Paris hotel room. Lots of light, classical fixtures, huge bathroom and stand alone bathtub. This was THEE BEST Hotel we stayed in hands down no comparisons. To some of the other typical 3 star hotels we stayed in during our 3 week tour of Europe. This hotel made our time in Paris very special. So conveniently located within walking distance to Louvre and the Metro station across the street. Plenty of shopping and dining right outside the front doors. The breakfast service was fantastic and the food was excellent. I would say say this hotel is run by a top notch manager and in fact we may have met the general manager when we checked out because one of our keys went blank and he went out of his way to fix and and somehow felt the need to apologize about breakfast service for some reason even though we had zero complaints. I think the coffee machine has a malfunction for literally 2 minutes until the server cleaned it out. The point is the manager was instantly on top of it and assured us that they strive for the best

This is my second stay here and it is great for a cute boutique experience! Super convenient and walkable to a lot of attractions. Rooms can be tight so would just make sure to upgrade on room.

It's a cosy hotel in the very centre of Paris. You could walk to the major tourist attractions. The staff was very attentive and made us feel welcome. Thank you.

Clean rooms
Posted Nov. 12, 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is at a great location close to many sights and restaurants. The rooms are clean and they have good quality soap, body wash, and shampoos. They have a couple of really small rooms that are not really suitable for a couple. You would not have any space to open or store your luggage. There is coffee and fresh fruit in the lobby which is nice. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
