Dès la première nuit, j’ai constaté qu’il manquait des oreillers sur le lit prévu pour deux personnes, ainsi qu’un second kit de serviettes. J’ai contacté le service de chambre vers 23h et l’on m’a assuré qu’une intervention rapide aurait lieu. Toutefois, après de multiples tentatives infructueuses pour joindre la réception et le service de chambre, j’ai dû me rendre moi-même à la réception vers 00h30. Les articles manquants ne m’ont finalement été remis qu’aux alentours de 00h50. À la réception, l’équipe de nuit semblait dépassée par la situation. Par ailleurs, un client anglophone rencontrait des difficultés à se faire comprendre, et j’ai dû intervenir afin de faciliter la communication, ce qui témoigne d’un manque de prise en charge adéquate des clients internationaux. Lors de la seconde nuit, j’ai de nouveau dû me déplacer à la réception afin d’obtenir un second kit de serviettes, alors que la chambre était occupée par deux personnes. Ces dysfonctionnements répétés ont eu un impact significatif sur la qualité de mon séjour, notamment en raison des délais d’intervention, du manque de réactivité et de l’absence de suivi.
